well the laws are made by the leader, so that could be something you guys work on
the people i train can be used as law enforcement, though
in case anything major happens/just in general to enforce the law -

i forgot about this -
one day, the apocalypse hit. the dead rose from their rest, people who got bit or died turned into the living dead. it was disaster, except for a particular group of people. c1, c2, c3, c4, c5, and c6 brought together survivors and helped them. c1 and c2 are bother and sister, who worked in their dad's mechanic shop before the apocalypse. c3 was a nurse who was studying to become a doctor, who worked for the corperation known as black cell. c4 owned a shooting range/ gun shop, and. had been in the military for 20 years prior. c5 was a little girl who ran out of school after her teacher tried to eat her, and c6 is a high schooler who looked after c5 noticing her fleeing the nearby elementary school. the 6 of them met after going to the same mall for supplies.
