"You tricked me," Aiden said, tears pricking at his eyes. "I thought you loved me."

"but I do love you." Mikan said as hitana started kicking her face.

"Don't lie to me!" Aiden said. "I trusted you, and you betrayed me."

"there's no use talking to her now, I'm not gonna stop till she stops breathing sweetie." Hitana said.

"Not yet," Aiden said. "I'll do it myself."

"but I want to see the look of pain and suffering on her pitiful sad face. But I guess I'll let you handle it." Hitana said.

Aiden nodded. He wondered why he was engaged to the girl. He lifted Mikan up and held her against the wall. "Tell me the truth."

"tell you the truth about what?" Mikan asked as all hope drained from her face.

"Everything," Aiden said. "Why did you betray me? Why would you?"

"I wouldn't, I don't even know how to fight." Mikan said.

Aiden searched her eyes for a moment, and his face cleared. "I believe you."

"wh-what?" Hitana said shocked.

Aiden turned around and clocked her in the face, before turning to Mikan. "I'm... I'm so sorry. I don't know what happened."

"it's ok, I'm still scared though." Mikan said.

"They did some strange thing with my head," Aiden said, shuddering. "I almost killed you."
