"Home sweet home," Rhydian said. They walked inside and Rhydian layed Lavinia on a bed. "She can sleep here until she is better. I'll sleep on the floor or as a Hawk," He said. -
"Alright," Jenna said. She sat near the fireplace. Everyone seemed to be helping her, and she had done nothing for them. She didn't like feeling like she was indebted to everyone.

Rhydian's father because gathering vegetables and herbs and chopping them up. "Do you like stew?" He asked

Jenna nodded, but stayed silent.

"Don't worry about owing us anything. You will help Rhydian hunt and that will pay off anything you or Lavinia need," He said knowingly.

Jenna looked up. "Thank you," she said. "I mean it. I don't know where we'd be if you guys didn't come along."

Rhydian laughed darkly. "You would be traveling still, not wounded," he said.

Jenna nodded at his unspoken words. And Lavinia would be dead.

Lavinia woke up and jolted up at the sight of unfamiliar surroundings, only to fall back on the bed from pain in her shoulder.

Jenna shot up to her feet, much to the protest of her legs, which had been enjoying the rest, and walked over to Lavinia. "You're alright," she said.
