(hold on, I have to read up on Hufflepuff's common rooms and things like that.)

Raisa followed the prefect to the passageway. She knew the rhythm. There was only one. When the barrel opened, the students went through the passageway and into the common room. She went imediately through a series of tunnels to her room that she shared with a few other kids.

Oasis followed the Prefect to the Gryffindor common room, where she raced upstairs. Her belongings were already waiting for her, along with a basket.
She reached into the basket and pulled out a large gray cat with a permanently perturbed face and clutched him tightly. -
She hurried to the Gryffindor common room, chattering like a squirrel to other students. She flung herself in an armchair and swung her legs, “This is a nice room.” She said, sighing.
After a few minutes of talking in the armchair she decided to head upstairs, seeing her belongings waiting for her. She pulled out a small tank for Koki. She placed the poisonous dart frog inside of it and put the metal grid on top. -

Vanessa watched as everybody left the sorting. She couldn't leave. She was in trouble by the head of her house.

Zahrankii hummed as he followed the prefect, glancibg around and memorizing the route to the ravenclaw common rooms -
Rasia laid in her bed, doing what she usually did. Thinking. It was one of the few things that kept her brain active.

She lay in bed, thinking about all the adventures she would have here. She pulled out a small photo of her parents and waved at them through the image, and they waved right back. She smiled and out it safety in her jacket. After a moment she sat upright and started talking to everyone within a yard of her bed.

If this is 2017 doesn’t that mean that there’s phones?))

(Yes, they did have phones then, but we've decided that this is 2020. Albus and Squorpio are 4th years.

A stern looking man approached Vanessa and sighed.
"I'm afraid I'll have to give you detention. Please follow me.

Oasis flopped on her bed, looking at Harbor.
"We're in the same house! This is gonna be so cool," she said, pulling out her timetable.
"Care of Magical Creatures, Potions, Transfiguration, History of Magic, Herbology, and Divination. What about you, Harbor?"
