Suddenly, his eyes brightened. "Perhaps I will be an instructor. I will teach my students an honorable code, and I will train them to be stronger, smarter, and faster. This, I will do instead."

"Just don't call them a code instead of a name." Gaynor said.

James chuckled. "Alright. What will you do, Gaynor? Do you have a trade?"

Gaynor shook her head, then immediately pressed her hand against her forehead. She shouldn't have done that. "No, I don't," she said. "I've never cared for a trade before."

"Perhaps you could help me in training. You have much insight of the ways of your people," James offered.

"Maybe," Gaynor nodded. "I've never been a good teacher, you know that."

"Then I will teach you to teach," he said, and 84 smacked his head into James' legs. "Ow. 84, that hurt."
