Tessa smiled at Alyth's eagerness to eat.

Alyth soon had flicked a grape upwards as a glowing,violet tongue caught the grape with it.

Tessa was silent for a moment, then said, "Do you want to leave this place? Get out of the city, or country, or however far this hatred is?"

"...Yeah..I don't want to deal with this anymore.." Alyth said softly as she looked down at cleaned table."I wanted to leave this fight..Wanted to keep my people safe.." Alyth said.

"But it's just too much to be ridiculed and discriminated, and despised wherever you go," Tessa said.

"...Yeah..My soul can barely hold against another attack..I just wished for this to just end.." Alyth said softly as her tail wrapped around her form.

"Do you know how far it's spread?" Tessa asked. "The hatred? I don't think you should anywhere near it."

"I-I don't know how far it has spreaded..but I don't think you should be apart of what I have to deal with.." Alyth said softly as she soon held her tail,her claw running over the bladed part."I'm not much of a fighter..more of a run away with my tail in between my legs sort of monster..but I'll try to defend myself when necessary." She said.

"Well, then you're lucky you're with me," Tessa said. "And I already am a pert of what you have to deal with. They hate me too because I won't support them."

"Have they...Have they ever hurt you..?" Alyth questioned her lowly as her irises flicked up to look at her.

"Once . . . "Tessa said. She pulled up her sleeve to reveal a long, rugged scar going up the length of her arm. "Then I gave them such a beating they never did it again."

Alyth looked at the scar before her hand lifted up and slowly went over the scar,as her hand passed over it,it faded away,leaving just the healthy skin before she retracted her hand.

Tessa looked, amazed at where the scar had once been. "Wow," she said, "Thanks."

"Y-You're welcome.." Alyth said as she smiled lightly."I rarely show any signs of my powers...but I feel like I can trust you..a-and I'm willing to stay by your side.." She said.

"We should leave in the morning," Tessa said, "That way we can find a place to be. I'm tired of this place too." She rubbed her arm. It was strange to not feel the scar there.
