Myriad woke up with a quiet yelp and instinctively covered his head with his arms, trembling

Belladonna jumped when she heard Myriad yelp and hurried back to the blanket fort. "Are you okay?"

The Yelp woke up screech. Screech blinked groggily.

Myriad slowly lowered his arms as he registered where he was before he hesitantly answered "y-yeah. Im ok" he said quietly, still shaking

Belladonna sat down next to him. "Is there anything you want for breakfast?" she asked them.

Screech could tell something was wrong but decided not to bother myriad about it.

Myriad just shook his head, sitting up and hugging his knees

"You really should try to eat something," Belladonna said, getting up to make breakfast.

"hey myriad, if you ever need to talk about anything, know you can talk to me about it." Screech said to myriad.

"If i try to eat something right now i might throw up" Myriad said quietly to Belladonna

Belladonna's face cleared. "Oh."

"are you okay with some water?" Screech asked worriedly.

Myriad nodded after a few seconds

Belladonna got Myriad a cup of water and then began making some flapcakes.

Screech wished he could do more for both of them.
