Belladonna was filled with awe. "I like it," she said breathlessly.

"this is the second most important time of year for us, the first is the great oak festival." Nori said.

Myriad gave him a curious look, but was standing behind Belladonna

"The great oak festival?" Belladonna said, intrigued. "What's that?"

"it's the festival where we all go to the great oak of Yusa to pray and receive her blessings

"Neat" Myriad said quietly

"I thought this place had nothing but pines and evergreens?" Belladonna said.

"that's one of the reasons it's sacred, it's the only oak in the north." Nori said

Myriad shivered a little and rubbed his arms

"Are you cold?" Belladonna asked. "Nevermind, that's a stupid question. Here, take this."
She offered him her purple sweater. -
"I probably should have packed you guys like a bagillion blankets and stuff." Screech said

"I-im fine" Myriad said, fidgeting with his sleeves

Belladonna tied it around his shoulders anyway, crossing her arms against the cold.

Screech ran inside to get Belladonna a blanket

Myriad tried to give it back "now your going to be cold" he said, seeming mildly distressed
