Myriad slowly relaxed against them

Prism, who had watched the scene with teary eyes from the kitchen turned to Nori. "We raised Screech right."

"of course we did. I lost a limb for that child, so I should hope I didn't raise him wrong." Nori said

Myriad hesitantly looked at Bella from under his hood

Belladonna smiled at him. Prism sighed. "We've lost so many. Tragedy just seems to come on the north wind, doesn't it?"

"well, it was never even supposed to be lived on, according to legend that is." Nori said

Myriad hesitantly smiled back before looking at Screech "where are my glasses?

"But we tried it out anyway," Prism said with a smile. "It's a little lonely, but it's nice here."

"I don't actually know." Screech said realizing the glasses were missing. "Yeah, the north will always be here in it's solitude." Nori said

Myriad was quiet for a few seconds before saying "s---."

"Don't worry, we'll get you new ones," Belladonna said.
Prism tucked her wings around herself. "Mmhmm. Why don't I make some dessert to go along with the dinner you made?" -
"that'd be nice, just not anything too cold." Nori said

Myriad looked uncomfortable with that. "You shouldnt have to so that. I think ive got some old contacts stashed away somewhere

"Okay," Prism said with a smile, heading off to the cupboards.
"Are you sure?" Belladonna said. -
"I could ask my dad to make you some glasses, but in the meantime you should wear those contacts, don't want you crashing into to many walls." Screech said
