Baptiste held back a laugh. That was the most ridiculous excuse he had ever heard. "Okay well come downstairs for dinner when you're done."

"It's only 6:22" Alex mumbled as he stripped

"And it'll be an hour later when you're done." Baptiste said, picking up on the words.

Alex got in the shower, then got out within twenty minutes. His usual shower time. He wrapped the towel around his waist, then exited the bathroom

"Okay guess not then." Baptiste said, shielding his eyes from the half-naked boy.

Alex shook his head, then walked to his dresser for some clothes

Baptiste sneaked a peek at Alex while he at his dresser.

He dropped his towel, then quickly slipped on some boxers

The young blonde immediately turned away and stood up. "I'm gonna go help Mom with dinner." he said in his normal voice - a rumbling purr.

Alex out on a shirt, then turned "Okay"

Baptiste jumped down the stairs two at a time, to find his Mom making soup. Mr. Advaria (as he liked to call him) wasn't home yet, and probably wouldn't be for a while. Wordlessly, Baptiste started chopping up vegetables.

Alex pulled on shorts, and sat down on his bed

"So honey, how are you liking it here?" Baptiste's mother cooed. He didn't look up as he continued to slice the veggies, sliding them into the pot with ease and grace. "It's interesting." He said, sounding distracted.

He got bored, so Alex borrowed Baptiste's headphones

Baptiste and his mother finished up dinner, and the blue eyed blonde went halfway up the stairs before yelling, "ALEX! DINNER!"
