Hee fell off the bed, and that's what woke Alex. His cat, Charles, pawed at his face.

The party was only a few hours away, so she took a quick shower, then decided what to wear.
It wasn't too casual for her, but still simple.
A light blue sweater, with a black skirt, and knee-high socks. Naturally, her hair bounced into curls. -
Alex smiled, and scratched Charles on the stomach. "Well ol chap, we got to attend a party that we don't even want. At least I'll get some of my friends contact info if I haven't already"

"Ahhh," relaxed, Ava fell backwards onto her bed, arms spread out. She closed her eyes for a moment, then opened them again. Alex's house wasn't too far from her own, so she decided she'd walk.

Alex literally dragged himself to the bathroom, and stepped into the shower. People would start showing up in an hour, even though the party wasn't for anouther four.

Ava headed out the door, feeling the soft, afternoon breeze. The crisp air made her shiver a bit, but she didn't mind.

He stepped out of the shower, and went back into his room. He threw on a tee and some jeans, along with his favorite hat. He slipped on some Converses, and headed to the kitchen for some ramen.

Like a little girl, she picked every flower she saw, tying the stems together to create a flower crown. She giggled, placed it on her head, and she felt young again. She couldn't believe she was already heading to college. It made her think she shouldn't have wished her life away when she was little.

While the ramen was spinning in the micro wave, Alex poured some food into Charles's bowl, and saw the cuts on his arm. Those would never go away, no matter how much he wished. He pet Charles as he ate, then decided to throw on a long sleeve

After around twenty minutes of walking, Ava approached nearer to Alex's house.

Slurp. Yummy Ramen, and it was a fresh, warm bowl. Alex practically melted. His parents were setting things up outside, which he didn't really get but ok

Realizing she was too early, Ava sat beside a tree across from Alex's house. She scrolled through Pinterest on her phone, and yawned.

Alex washed his bowl, then decided to get a lock for his door. So, he headed outside.

Carlessly, Ava fell asleep beside the tree, cuddles up by herself.

When. Alex returned, there ewas two and a half hours left. He saw someone by the tree on Mr. Kolmans lawn, but just shrugged it off. He installed the lock, and kept the key in his pocket. He went outside on the porch, and sat down
