Cleo nodded and couldn't help but wonder how they got the money. However she didn't question it as she took the card and went with the others.
"I'm not sure... We could try and find out what technology the humans would have to take down the wall." Emily suggested. -
Erik nodded, taking the money and leaving the inn to go to the clothes store. He walked in the store and began looking for clothes he thought they would like. Eventually he found a gray shirt, jeans, and a long gray coat for Vladimir. A white T-shirt and a blue and yellow striped skirt for Checa. And a more modern pink dress for Cleo. He also got a black jacket he liked for himself. He then went up to the register, paid for the clothes, put on the jacket, and left the store.
Akona nodded thoughtfully, "Or we could find out if they have someone or something keeping the barrier up, and then destroy it or them."
Checa followed Cleo. -
Herangar walked to the bathroom and entered a stall. He took a coin out of his pocket and put it in his palm. He heated the coin red hot with magic, pressed his finger into the center and rolled it over his finger until it became a smooth golden ring. He put the ring in his pocket and walked out.
"So, what now?" asked Vladimir as he took off his cloak. -
"Maybe... but in case it is a person or persons, perhaps it's better we look for a way to take it down first." Emily suggested, having always been sensitive to killing.
"For now we should probably rest for the day." Cleo replied as she looked around. -
Erik walked back into the inn and went to the room the others were in and knocked on the door, "I have the clothes."
"I guess that makes sense." Akona said, though she did not really have any qualms about killing.
Checa nodded in agreement with Cleo before hearing a knock on the door and Erik saying he had the clothes. She went over and opened the door for him and he handed her the clothes her got for her. He then stepped into the room to give Cleo and Vladimir theirs. -
Herangar walked to a jewelry and sold the ring for $1000 (im going by worth of USD if that's ok) and walked back to the inn.
Vladimir looked at the Clothes and said "These look adequate. I'm gonna change." He walked into the bathroom, changed, and came out. -
Cleo smiled brightly at the dress and put it on over her current clothes before taking them off underneath.

Checa went into the bathroom and changed into her new clothes, though she kept on her head scarf, and then left the bathroom.
Erik left the room, he did still have food to eat after all.
A waiter came to Emily and Akona's table and asked, "Are you ready to order?" Akona shook her head and looked down and the menu and quickly looked through before setting it down with a disgusted look on her face, "I don't want anything from here." she said, which made the waiter confused, wondering why she had come here if she didn't want anything. -
Herangar sat down and finished his food with Erik.
"We need money." said Vladimir. "Our coins must still have some value if Herangar was willing to take them. I think we should find somewhere to sell them." -
"Well like I said earlier, I can work the night shift here and we can get the meals and the hotel room until we can start up our lives here." Cleo replied.
Emily, since her parents were once human, ordered happily from the human menu. "She has a very complicated diet." She then explained to the waiter so that the waiter won't get suspicious. -
"So, what now?" Erik asked before noticing two girls who were also clearly from Malum, "Seriously, how many people also got out?"
The waiter nodded and left to get the food. Akona looked at Emily, "Why don't they have anything not cooked here?"
Checa nodded, "We could do both." -
Herangar directed some flies to spy on the pair. "We will wait and listen."
"I think we should try and get some better, more hidden weapons." said Vladimir. "I think carrying two swords everywhere is a little suspicious." -
"Because humans don't eat raw food. Some of it has bacteria's they are afraid of, some of it taste better to them cooked, and some humans even believe it's what separates them from animals. They do eat some raw foods, like sushi." Emily explained.
Cleo nodded. "I would prefer if we didn't need weapons. I'm probably covered because I have my powers though." Cleo told him. -
Erik nodded.
Akona shook her head, "That's so weird, cooked food is an abomination that should have never been created." she sighed, "I guess I'll find somewhere with raw food later, if I can't I'll just go fishing or something."
"I don't have many powers during the day." Checa said. -
Herangar sat and listened.
"My powers are probably sufficient, but i still feel better armed." said Vladimir.
