Advisory passed away as Johnnie did his work silently, but he felt bad. He usually made the class happy and ready to do their work. But the whole class was silent. All you could hear was pencils scratching, fingers tapping, and the rapid typing of Ms. Lynstin. Block one went the same, and block two finally came. He hid his feelings and cheered up the class, even though he really didn't feel good. He wasn't sick, he wasn't guilty, he simply felt down. He had plenty of reasons to be, but his classmates didn't. His mood affected everyone. During lunch he had a detention, but he didn't want to go to it.
-
Tina took a deep breath. Having spent all morning preparing herself to do her job, Tina felt like she was ready. It was just a walk down the hall and around the corner to the office. How hard could it be? Tina walked to the door of Johnnie's second period class and knocked on the door. Lunch wasn't for another five minutes. But her class ended early and she wanted to get this over with. "I'm here to take Johnnie to the office." She told the teacher, forcing her look and body language to look purely emotionless but friendly.
-
Everyone was chatting, helping each other out with their math. Johnnie was helping a guy named Moises. They both looked up as the teacher let out a sigh. His voiced boomed "Johnnie, detention" The whole class groaned, even some boos. Johnnie walked up and motioned for everyone to continue working. He gave a nod to the teacher and closed the door behind him. A breath escaped his mouth as he turned to face his guide. His eyes widened a little as he took a good look at her.
-
Tina took a deep breath to hold in her reaction to him studying her. However a light blushed covered her cheeks and she felt her voice go lighter. "Let's get going." She told him, trying to keep her emotions out of her voice as she lead him down the hall.

Johnnie started walking quieter. Soon you couldn't even tell he was there. He saw this chick glance back a few times, and she didn't look back for awhile. So, he quietly walked away.
-
Tina stopped hearing him and took a deep breath. She turned around and saw he was gone. "No.... No no no.... This can't be happening." She groaned, seeing him disappear around the corner. She couldn't run. So she had to walk and set a good example. She looked around the corner and couldn't see him. "Where would a troublemaker hide to avoid detention?" She wondered. If she didn't get this kid to the principal by the end of lunch, she wouldn't be promoted. Therefore her opening to the IVY League schools would be closed. She knew her parents would find a way to make it sound like she did this on purpose. Tina groaned and walked down the hall.
-
Johnnie smiled as he watched her from his locker. She couldn't understand why he couldn't go to detention. She passed the locker several times, and when she left he chuckled. It was fun watching her walk around. They had plenty of time, too. Thanks to him, they had an hour long lunch.
-
Tina asked one of his friends for his locker. They easily told her, bursting into chuckles. Either they gave her the wrong information, or they thought she was doing this because she liked him. "It's official hall monitor buisness." She added. His friend's expressions suddenly changed. "Oh s---." One blurted. Tina smiled, knowing it was the second thing. So she had the correct information. She headed for the locker and waited there to see if he would come here. Eventually, she heard breathing and looked around to see where it came from.
-
Johnnie opened his locker quietly, and while she was looking away, he slammed it and ran. Then he got an idea. She was a girl, and he was a boy. He could just hide in a bathroom. He turned the corner, then casually strolled to the bathroom.
-
Tina nearly jumped out of her skin when he pulled that stunt. Tina blushed wildly as she watched him walk and panic overcame her. She quickly concealed herself before running after him. She sighed, pulling out her Hall Monitor pass as she watched him enter the bathroom. She walked to the bathroom door and spoke to the students in there. "I am here on official hall monitor buisness. Please don't be alarmed." She announced before taking a deep breath and opening the door.
-
One student gave a yell "Ah! Get out! Get out! " Johnnie smiled slyly, standing at a urinal. He thought he was safe, and he was right "You know, if I tell Principal Brown about you coming into the bathroom... You could lose your... Job?" he looked back with a questioning look.
-
"I have a hall monitor pass. I'm allowed to come in for an emergency. I think this qualifies." She explained. "So do you want to continue causing a scene? Or should we get going?" Tina asked. She wanted to get out of this bathroom. If she could, she would just let him leave and have it over with. However she needed to get this done, or she would loose that promotion.

"Okay, just let me finish taking a piss. But.. Stop staring... " Johnnie looked at the wall. He wanted to think, but he could tell this girl wouldn't leave. So, he hurried up and finished. As he washed his hands, the boy next to him whispered "You know her name is Tina? Dude, she has it good for you" Johnnie looked up, thank looked at another boy for assurance. He nodded, and showed some screenshots on his phone. It was a conversation between Tina and her friend. Johnnie nodded at them, and walked out smiling.
