Suzette was stood leaning against the railing on her balcony that connected to her room. The silver stars way up in the sky shining down upon her as she gazed up towards the sky that night. A regular routine she did every night when the stars were visible, anyway. She was fascinated in how there could be so many way up above, so high off of the ground. She admired those distant orbs of lights from so far away. -
Cynthia made her way into the palace, her face hidden by the cloak she was wearing. She knew her mission, and knew it well. She had planned this out for months and didn't want to screw this up. She walked passed many guards as she pulled her hood down, but they never gave her a second glance. It was when she reached the end of the Great Hall that she encountered a problem. A man, who was significantly taller than she was grabbed her wrist. "You may get past the guards here, but not me. Who are you, and why are you wandering the castle grounds at this hour?" Of course, Cythia's mind ran into a cycle of quick panic bedore she chose her words in slight selection. "My name is Miriam Grace and I am here to do some favors for the king while the queen is gone." she said, her voice full of slight shame. The man let go of her in disgust amd shoved her away. Ahe stoodbthere for a moment as the man turned his back on her and she rushed toward the princess' quarters.

Suzette stood back up straight and looked into the far distance, towards the forest line. She had never been farther than there in all of her life, even though she wanted to so much. But who knew what would lay beyond that reach. With a sigh, she stepped back into her room just as her door was pushed open, and one of the guards peeked inside.
"It is getting late. You should hurry and sleep." he said, noticing she had just came back in. Suzette nodded her head and he went back out. She made her way towards her bed in the middle of the room and took a seat on the edge, staring out the windows and towards the sky above. -
(Going to respond to this later tonight)

Cynthia noticed a guard walking from the princess' room, so she hid behind one of the stone pillars, her heart racing in her chest. "Okay, remember. Just kidnap her and bring her to the thieves in the forest." she whispered to herself, as she finally crept out of the shadows and made her way toward the room of the princess. She quickly opened the door and shut it behind her, locking it and hiding behind a curtain that was close to the door. She was hoping the princess didn't suspect anyone had come into her room, and if she did, there was always a plan B.
-
Suzette was busy staring out of her window when she heard a noise from behind of her, so she turned around to see what it was curiously. She looked around but didn't see anything out of the normal, and turned back around again to stare out of the window once more deciding she was hearing things.
-
Cythia breathed deeply and smiled. Good, she hadn't been caught. She took out a glass bottle full of chloroform and dabbed a bit on a rag. It was enough to knock the princess out, but it was enough to make her woozy and more compliant. She snuck out of the shadows, shoving the glass bottle in the satchel that she retrieved it from. She quietly made her way behind the princess, one had covering her mouth, the other wrapped tightly around her waist, lifting her up slightly, that way if she thrashed about, it would almost be noiseless.
-
Suzette was startled when she felt a half go over her mouth, and soon she felt herself being lifted up in the air in someone's grip. She struggled to get loose, shaking violently but whatever they had was taking effect, and she felt weaker as seconds passed, and her struggles weakened shortly after. Her eyes widening, hoping nothing bad would happen. Hoping that one of the guards would come in to check if anything.
-
Cythia didn't lift the rag until a couple of minutes had passed, the she stuck the used rag in the satchel along with the chloroform. "Now, you're going to do exactly as I say." Cythis said, quickly pulling a dagger from her side belt and pointing it at the princess' back. "We are going to walk out of here. You mutter a word, you'll regret it. You make one wrong move, you'll regret it. Simple as that." She nudged the princess toward the door and opened it. "Take the route that is less used."
-
Suzette felt the blade against her back, knowing she was in trouble now. She nodded her head from fear of what would happen if she tried anything. She nodded her head, and shakily took her steps as she was ordered. Keeping quirt as she bit her tongue to keep from making a sound, knowing the chance of death was quite high now.
-
Cythia looked around, her eyes shifting slightly down the darkened corridor. There were torches on each side of the castle, lighting the 'less taken' path. After a couple of moments, they were outside standing in front of her horse. She quickly threw her satchel in the saddle bag and pulled out a decent amount of rope, while sheathing the dagger. She roughly turned the princess around, noticing the bottom of her dress slightly smeared with dirt. Cythia just shrugged it off and held out the princesses hands, tying them tightly with rope, holding the excess in her hand as she hopped on the horse. "To get where we are going, it will take a few days." she said, patting the side of her horses head as she nudged him away from the castle and he started to walk. "You stop when I say you can. You rest when I say you can." She looked at the princess with harsh and unforgiving eyes. This girl had the best life, and here she was, kidnapping her to pay her way for a better life. She chuckled. Never in a million years she thought she would be here, doing this. She also never thought it would be that easy. For the kings daughter, her room wasn't heavily guarded.
-
Suzette nodded her head in response to the woman who had taken her, who could easily kill her if she wanted. The rope around her wrists were tight, and surely would leave marks on her skin as well, plus she would be walking. Her eyes were staring down at the ground, afraid to look into the girls eyes, as she began to walk behind the horse, trying to keep up with it.
