Eventually, Cynthia and the princess approached the Northern Woods. She paused for a moment, the horse steadying itself. "Once we go in here, you're not coming back out, to my knowledge." she said, a slight smirk etched on her face. Even though she was being utterly cruel to the princess, there was something deep down inside that was telling her to stop. This was a choice that she didn't want to make, but she locked those feelings away as she patted her horse and entered into the forest.
The forest was a grave place to be, especially at night. There were legends about what happened to people who didn't follow the paths that were laid out, but this didn't bother Cynthia a bit. She was here to get paid, and that's all. Nothing more, nothing less. Eventually, they come across a clearing and she hopped off her horse, tying it to the nearest tree. "This is where we rest tonight." she said, looking up at the dark night sky, admiring the stars. -

Suzette shook in fear, after hearing what her kidnapper had said. So she was to die it would seem, more than likely, anyway.
She nodded her head, maybe, just maybe, she might be able to get away as the woman slept..hopefully. -

Cynthia looked at the stars for a bit longer, before deciding to sit down in front of a tree and laid her head back. Before she knew it, she was out like a light and dreaming about the future she was going to have when she delivered Suzette to the thieves tomorrow.
