''What a b----,'' Noelle said, rather bluntly. ''How could she divorce you because of such thing? I may be the way I am but, at the very least I put my kids first,'' Noelle grumbled, smoking her cigarette. ''I'm sorry you went through that, Andy,'' Noelle said, taking her cigarette and rubbing out the flame. She coughed into her hand for a moment and cleared her throat. ''You're a good man, Andy,'' Noelle said, her hazel eyes locked on his form. ''I think the divorce was for the best,'' Noelle mumbled, taking out her box of cigarettes. She moved the remain cigarettes to the side, taking out two fifty dollar bills. ''Here, take it,'' Noelle said, handing him the money with a smile.
-
Andy smiled as he listened to her talk and blinked when she handed him the money. Keep it. I dont need it. Andy told her with a friendly chuckle. What are your children like? Do they have a father? Andy asked so that she wouldnt insist on him keeping the money.
Olivia licked her lips at some of the conversations on this phone. Olivia was a genius in both academics and communication. She was also a genius in seduction. Olivia snickered because this girls constant seduction was a bit corny at times and predictable at others. But the girl seemed to make it work. Perhaps if Olivia wasnt trying to wreck the girls life, they would have been friends. Maybe she would teach Noelle a thing or two. But, priorities. Olivia wanted Andy. And damn right, she was going to get him. Olivia snickered, taking pictures of the conversations and contact numbers using her own phone. -
Noelle frowned at the rejection of the money and shoved it into her cigarette box. ''My eldest, Shawn, he's really into literature, following after his mother,'' Noelle hummed, smiling. ''He's reading one of my books and I want him to fill up his bookshelf. He tends to be a picky reader but, he's intelligent, and is rather loyal to his friends,'' Noelle said, adjusting herself as she sat on the concrete. ''My only daughter, my beautiful Alianna, she's a curious one. She always wants to explore new places. I'm afraid when she gets older she'll start exploring abandoned places or haunted places,'' Noelle continued, her children bringing a smile to her lips. ''They have a father, I live with him but, that doesn't mean we're together,'' She took a pause, thinking about Braden. His goofy smile and his caring persona. ''I rather not talk about him,'' Noelle said, clearing her throat.
-
Andy raised an eyebrow but didnt show any judgement. Okay. He replied, putting the tools away. Make sure that Olivia doesnt find out about what we did tonight. Andy blurted after a long pause. She... She wants to get back together. I told her no. She... Shes very... How do I put this... Resourceful and Persistent. Andy explained.
-
Noelle stood up, opening her car door to sit more comfortably. ''You can come in if you just want to relax too,'' She said, leaving her car door open. She listened to his words, only wanting to tell Olivia herself of what they did. ''Why did you say no?'' Noelle questioned. ''If she wants a life with you and if you want the same, to be a family again, it could happen,'' Noelle felt her heart strain at the thought. Her relationship with Andy was something else, similar to Wendy and her relationship but, different. She shifted in her seat, licking her lips.
-
Andy tensed a bit. Why Dont you stay together with your husband? He asked, trying to change the subject. Im only going into the car to stay Warm. he assured himself as he entered the car.
-
Noelle cleared her throat, closing the car door and sitting properly in the car. ''Because he wasn't giving me what I needed to feel satisfied,'' Noelle said, after thinking for a moment. Noelle turned to look at Andy, her eyes meeting a pair of blue. She took out her cigarette box, holding it in her grasp. Once again, Noelle took out one hundred dollars for Andy. She moved close to Andy, kissing his jawline cautiously, as she slid the money into his pocket. ''Keep it, you earned it,'' Noelle said, leaning back in her seat. Noelle placed her box of cigarettes in the cup holder, her eyes gazing out the window, feeling her cheeks flare pink in embarrassment.
-
Andy blushed slightly as he studied her. He took the money out of his pockets and put it in a compartment in her car. He suddenly pulled Noelle towards him and leaned lever her, kissing her on the lips. This time it wasnt just to feel a rush and fill his lonely heart. But to fill hers as well.
-
Noelle's cheeks heated from the sudden kiss and relaxed. Cupping Andy's cheek with one hand, Noelle gently returned the kiss, humming in delight. She reached for the compartment he placed the money. She returned the money to his pockets, keeping her hand there for a moment. Releasing the kiss, her brows furrowed as she looked into his blue eyes. ''Take the money, Andy. Use it for your kids at the very least, just take it,'' Noelle said, keeping her hand in his pocket. Using her other hand that rested on his cheek, Noelle brushed at the blonde locks with affection glazed in her eyes.
-
Andy sighed. Okay then. He replied, kissing her forehead. We better get in there. Andy told her when he saw the chefs car pull in. Avery probably is going to be working on the feast. He added, stroking Noelles cheek with his thumb.
-
''Alright,'' Noelle hummed, kissing his lips gently. She glanced at her cigarette box, debating if she should bring it with her. Coming to a conclusion, Noelle shoved the box into the compartment and stepped outside the car, grabbing her heels in the process. She looked over at the chef's car, her eyes narrowed into a glare. Noelle pulled at her fur coat at the soft, cold winter breeze. ''Let's get inside,'' Noelle mumbled, as she put back on her heels.
-
The chef whistled and raised his eyebrow as he held the door open for Andy and Noelle. Awe! Look at those lovebirds! Pecking Wendys eyes out. he thought, but didnt say anything as he watched them walk in. Thanks Chef. Andy cheered as he held Noelles hand. Mmmmhmm. The chef replied sarcastically in his African-American accent.
-
Noelle smiled at Andy's sweet gesture, interlocking her fingers with his, cautiously. She sent a glare to the chef, not caring much about him holding the door open for the two. Rolling her eyes for a moment, Noelle glanced over to where she once sat. Brows furrowed, Noelle cleared her throat. Not worrying about her phone for a moment, Noelle looked over at the blonde male beside her. ''Is this really alright?'' Noelle questioned, her voice low almost a whisper.
-
Andy blinked, slowly letting go of her hand. He looked around to see that no one noticed. Sorry... I... I shouldnt have done that. Andy told her, walking over to play with his daughters.
Olivia put Noelles phone back and put her own in her pocket. Well, well, well. Noelle Carson right? Olivia cheered, walking over to Noelle. I dare say, you have a great fashion sense! Olivia cheered. -
''Mhm, yeah. It's fine,'' Noelle said, twiddling with fingers. Once approached by, Olivia she was sure she saw the two holding hands but, once complimented by her, she grew suspicious. ''Thank you, Olivia, correct? It's a pleasure to meet you,'' Noelle said, hand on her hip. ''Will you excuse me for a moment,'' She said, heading towards the back of the restaurant to get her phone. It was close to the everyone else but, far enough not to be noticeable. Grabbing her phone, Noelle looked through it for a just a moment to see if anyone tampered with it. Seemingly fine through her quick look, she turned her gaze to Olivia. She didn't trust or liked the woman.
