Paige watched Nathon go inside the house and return to the backyard from where she sat. She took one final sip from her beer and stood. Sighing, Paige placed her beer near the chair, no longer thirsty. She walked passed teenagers and some friends who were drunk, urging her to jump in the pool. Paige laughed at them and continued over to her destination. ''Hey Clay, didn't think to see you here,'' Paige hummed with a raised eyebrow. ''So, you dragged him along?'' She asked Nathon, leaning against the fence.
-
"No. I was just about to leave." Clay says walking away but pushed in the pool by some people. Nathon started to laugh at clay getting pushed beacsue one it was funny and two he got pushed in by a girl. "Why did he run away do you have fangs or something?" he asked while some kids helped clay out of the pool
-
Paige laughed, her brows creased in shame. She knew what she had done, and Clay was surely blaming her. Well informed, Paige remained in her place, leaning against the fence somewhat tipsy from her beer and wanting another smoke. ''I'm not very liked, at least not around these parts. Moreover known for being the runner-up for best ass, from the ''who's hot and who's not'' list, remember it? Runner-ups don't get mentioned quite often I supposed,'' Paige mumbled as she remembered Spencer coming up to her, talking about that damned list. ''Hannah told me she hated that list,'' Paige rubbed her temples as nothing but Hannah came from her lips.
-
"Hmmm. Never really paid enough attenion to that stuff" he says with a sigh. A few seconds later there was some screaming on the other side of the fence "And this is about the time I leave, hope I see you around" he says jumping over a fence and ran off in a dash towards his house
-
''W-wait, what?'' Paige mumbled as other teens began to race inside the house. She groaned as she went around, through the gate and into the front yard. Down the street police officers came and it was time for the girls to go. Her friends took their seats, rushing Paige to go. Somewhat drunk, Paige started the engine and drove out of the street. Turning the corner, she could hear the girls giggle and laugh as driving helped Paige calm her beating her. ''Bye Paige,'' Each girl said as they exited the car, returning to their homes.
Paige had parked in her driveway, her head aching from the alcohol. She stumbled out of the car and into the house. ''Paige!'' Her mother cried, her face full of anger. ''Paige Andrews!'' Her mother yelled as Paige went upstairs. ''Paige Andrews do not ignore me!'' She continued, desperate to get her mother's attention. Paige entered her room where her daughter's bed was on the other side for she felt safer with her daughter close to her. The child's bed was empty and the comforters were neatly placed on the bed. Paige leaned against the door, arm reaching upward as she locked it. ''Ugh,'' She groaned, running her fingers through her hair. ''This is too much, I just want peace,'' Paige mumbled. She was sure that her mother was furious about her leaving and going out to drink, let alone drunk driving. Paige couldn't handle it as she ignored the screaming and noise her parents caused. -
Once nathon got home he fell asleep

The next morning came, as well as Monday, a fresh new school day. Paige was dragging along, a headache from the alcohol. Renee, the poor concerned youthful girl she was had brought her mother a cup of water a request from her grandmother. ''Here you go, mommy,'' The toddler hummed as she was turning two soon. ''Mhm, thank you, sweetie,'' Paige took the plastic cup of water and grabbed Renee as well. Renee giggled as Paige took some pills of Advil and drank her water. ''Mommy doesn't feel like going to school,'' Paige hissed as she rubbed her forehead. The little girl understood that tone, Paige used that tone whenever she was either being bad or upset with her father. Renee looked at Paige with a frown as the teenager got up from the bed, drinking the remains of the water. ''Don't worry, shortcake,'' Paige hummed, she surely had already missed her first and second periods in no rush to go to school. ''I'm not mad, I'm just tired,'' Paige said, grabbing herself dark blue jeans and a black sweatshirt from her closet. ''I'll be back.'' Paige hummed.
Ready and prepared for the day, Paige said her goodbyes as she drove into the parking lot of Crestmont High School. She turned the engine off and walked into her third period, English Honors. With her hair let loose, and a cup of coffee in hand, Paige was certainly the odd one out. ''Ms. Andrews,'' Her English teacher hummed, brows furrowed as she knew Paige was surely a busy teen mom. ''Yes, Mrs. Greene?'' Paige questioned, handing her a late pass. ''Just try to come to school on time, especially to my class, it disrupts everyone from what we're learning,'' Paige nodded respectfully, taking her seat. -
Nathon fiddled with his pencil thinking about the party form last nigjt

Class was over before Paige knew it. As the bell rang in the halls, signalling for students to leave Martha, a friend from freshmen year approached her. ''Paige, how's it going?'' She asked, as the two exited the class together. They were in no rush to get to their favorite lunch spot, away from the categorized teens and out into the open air. It was a rather cloudy day, and seemed rather perfect to be outside. Without the sun peering down it's hot rays of shine, raining or freezing it was a rather neutral day. ''I'm just fine, how did you like the party?'' Paige asked with a smile, adjusting her black backpack. ''It was great, amazing even!'' Martha hummed. ''I heard from Bryce and Clay you were hanging out with Nathon, what a surprise,'' Martha snickered at her wondrous gossip about her friend. ''Well, yeah. He was cute, I had cigarettes, we need sone company, so we just spent the night drinking and smoking,'' Paige said as the two stepped outside into the open area. Teens alike were either getting to class or preparing themselves to relax for lunch, all seeming a bit more lively from the party last night.

Nathon got up ready to leave when the bell rang. He pasted Hannah's locker and sighed "She has been dead for a week and this picture is still" he says while passing it. He disliked this period mainly his friends where down some other halls so he was lonely

Paige took a turn down notice of the hall doors, that lead into the building where most of the lockers and classrooms were located. She peeked through the door while she was walking by it, Martha still rambling on about the party and who she was with. Paige spotted the familiar boy, walking through the halls carelessly. As the halls began thin with fewer people walking by, Paige turned to Martha. ''Hold on, I saw a friend walking by, I'm going to go say hello,'' Paige said, pushing the doors open. ''Was it Nathon?!'' Martha laughed aloud, as she continued walking to save their cherished spot. Paige walked down the halls, she shifted her bag on her shoulders, head down. She hadn't seen her locker, one a few lockers away from Hannah, she hadn't seen either of the lockers in forever. Glancing upward to see if she had passed it, Paige noticed the decorated locker. Head up, she gazed at it. ''They didn't care,'' Paige mumbled, walking forward. In the distance, she spotted Nathon from afar, all by his lonesome. ''Hey, Nathon!'' Paige shouted across the hall, waving at her new friend.
-
Nathon turned when he heard his name "So I see you made it out without being caught"
-
Paige snickered at his comment and shrugged. ''Yeah, the girls figured we had to go,'' Paige said, folding her arms across her chest. ''Did not appreciate you leaving like that in the middle of our conversation, rather rude actually,'' Paige added, eyebrow raised. She shifted from foot to foot, recalling the events of last night. ''Anyway, you got class or lunch?'' She questioned, wanting to change the subject.

"Lunch" he answers then asked "how about you." while walking towards the lunch room
