(No... Wizards cant use technology in Hogwarts. It messes up the magic. A camera is a different story if changed to wizard tech. But there are no TVs in wizard tech. Pictures are basically tv though because pictures move in the wizarding world. Also, why would a slytherin even want to use technology? Isnt that just muggle stuff?
