Things to know before reading the plot
I am very busy but would like to start soaping again so my responses might be very slow during the daytime since I have two AP classes to worry about.
If there is to be romance, I strongly suggest straight. Every time I try to do anything else I feel like I'm s--- and I'd like this to be a very in depth.
I'd really like to soap with someone who has been soaping for quite a while and have good skills. Five to seven sentenced long paragraphs, good grammar, good descriptions, good character, good story, etc. It's just since I'm specifically making time for this I'd like the soap to be good if that makes sense?
Then of course the obvious rules, no mary sues, godmodding, etc.
If there's anything else either I, or you, have a problem with I'm sure we can communicate it out, so don't be afraid to ask questions!
Plot

The world has gotten more dangerous as time goes by. At first it started out with thugs who would jump others on the streets, and murders sneaking into other's homes. As time grew longer, these people turned more into despicable villains, committing mass murder, acts of terrorism, assassinations, and sadly many more. Of course, with the rise of the villains came the rise of the heroes. The heroes fought their political battle with the government during their rise, and are completely accepted into society as registered saviors who protect average citizens from harm. Many heroes even became political figures, such as governors, senators, and soon enough, even presidential leaders.
However, once the hero's were integrated into political power, corruption came.
A law was passed which restrained average citizen's freedom. If any non-hero was ever saved by a hero, then their life was forfeit. The non-heroes life belonged to the hero's, and whatever the hero told them to do, they must do or else they could face fines, incarceration, or even "accidental" death. Effectively, heroes became corrupted, and some of the largest slave owners in the entire world.
C1 is one of those average citizens. S/he lives an average life, staying out of trouble and sticking to their studies as a university student. One day, s/he is put into a hostage situation when his/her university is under attack by thugs holding, C1 for ransom as he/she comes from a rich family. Luckily, C1 is saved, but by a hero most notorious for treating those he/she saves like animals.
As the law states, C1 leaves with the hero, and as he/she expected, is treated poorly. One night, C1 is being beaten terribly by one of the men that work for C1's savior, so he/she rushes out of the building and into the dark streets. Suddenly, C1 is saved from his/her beater by C2.
C2 is unlike any hero C1 has ever seen before, but thankful to be free from his/her previous savior, C1 begs to go with C2. C2 is very reluctant, trying to push C1 away, but takes him/her in anyway. C1 believes that he/she is safe from her previous savior, but more trouble comes his/her way as her previous savior wants revenge on C2, and other things C1 doesn't quite understand.
In the end, they must repeal the law passed by previous heroes to set others free and to stop situations much as the one C1 and C2 were caught in from happening ever again.

Name: Levi Balthis
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Looks: Levi has light blonde hair that threatens to hang down in front of his dark, ocean blue eyes. He's roughly 5'8"/5'9" and is a fairly fit person, as his mother always told him that a healthy mind needs a healthy body. He doesn't get out in the sun too much, though, and when he does he burns rather than tans, so his skin is fairly pale. Over all, his body is under-whelmingly average.
Past: Levi was always the quiet type of kid who would always keep to himself. Though he was quiet in classes, he always did well, but never really spoke up for himself or others. He liked it best going unnoticed to stay out of trouble, even if that meant letting someone else take the blame and punch. His mother moved with him from Lithuania to America when he was ten to get away from his abusive father, who was only ever abusive towards his mother, but never seemed to notice Levi all that much. After graduating high school with flying colors and a GPA of 4.2 thanks to his AP classes, Levi went to university to study law in hopes of becoming a prosecutor.
Likes: Fall, libraries, philosophical movies, paintings, children
Dislikes: Rain/snow, swimming, trains
Personality: Much like when he was younger, Levi is still a quiet, awkward type of kid. Except now, he's less passive and more aggressive when it comes to certain things that he sets his mind to, like unlawful things. It's the reason why he became a prosecutor; he wanted to help people. He has a very strong moral personality, yet also sees the black, the white, and the grey sides of things. He has the type of older brother aura to him; kind yet willing to bite if need be. He has a tendency to not care for himself at times, and will hurt himself in order to better others.

Wears: (This is like after your guy saves her) Leo usually wears dark colored somewhat ripped skinny jeans with black combat boots, and a loose translucent white t-shirt and a leather jacket that's made to look like she's wearing a hoodie under (hood and end sleeve things...) and she wears a fully blue Atlanta braves baseball cap with the white script 'A' on it
Past: Leo was a very prim and proper type of girl when she was younger, classically trained in piano and violin. Despite her very detailed prim raising from many people other than her parents she was always a loud and in your face child, she was silent when she had to be but ripped through like a hurricane. She was always classed as an only child but she had two twin older brothers (the product of an affair) and they were never acknowledged as part of the family. The younger brother died by basically refusing to give his life to a hero because in his eyes his help wasn't needed at all and the other brother now hides on the wrong side of town and despises heros with everything he has. Leo was slowly drawn out of the rich ways she was raised in as she grew fond of school, when she enrolled in business classes mostly since she was suppose to take over the company when her father retires.
Dislikes: The dark, storms (mainly just lightning and thunder), being alone
Personality: Leo has really changed from her hurricane self, she dulled out a lot since being at university and even more since she was dragged back with the hero. She's silent and fidgety, she can't sit still any more and is extremely jumpy. She's somewhat clingy now and is pretty terrified to be alone for even a minute. She tends to space out quite a bit and could probably not function under normal standards as she's pretty shattered from how she was treated. She has no need to go back to school or anything like that as she's somewhat embarrassed of what shes become but she also knows she can't possibly go back in the conditions of the school. But even in this state Leo manages to be somewhat annoying as on the rare occasions when she talks its usually a sarcastic comment or just something to frustrate someone.

Yeah, it's no problem! I totally understand, I'll be slow as well haha. Where would you like to start in the plot?
