Lithnara said "Allow me to tell you a tale. A long time ago, The Great Wizard Merlin and his brother Farrow created a book that took down details of all the creatures you now see in this realm. This was when we all lived with humans, but alas this did not last forever."

Carrie listened closely at what she was told " in guessing many people forgot we just think you all are make believe "

Lithnara said "Unfortunately that was part of Farrow's plan. You see Merlin made us elves, the dwarves, the fairies and the good dragons. Farrow made the ogres, the trolls, the orcs, the pixies and the bad dragons. He was angry that the humans continually slayed his creatures and tried to trap them in the very book you're in. Merlin instead trapped him and his creations instead."

carrie ask*so what im supposed to do? *

Lithnara said "Merlin told us to wait for the chosen one to come and help them defeat Darkness once and for all. He told us the chosen one could perform incredible feats of magic. However he did also say they might be hidden or hasn't revealed itself. And as you said you're nothing special."

Carrie looked down at the floor then back up again" yea, but how am I supposed to defeat him, I don't even know how to defend myself "

Lithnara said "Don't worry. I know of some people who can help you. You must find and train at the good dragon's village. They are the best magic users in the realm and they will help you unlock your potential. Mason will guide you."

carrie smiled *thanks*

Lithnara said "You're quite welcome. Raj will give you a map but be careful, Darkness' forces will be after you."

Carrie nodded " okay I'll watch out then"

Lithnara summoned Raj and he gave Mason the map. Mason said "Thank you wise one." and walked with Carrie out of her hut.

carrie kept looking around as they walked . She was kinda jumpy since she knew somebody was after her

Mason took her out of the village and looked at the map. He said "We need to go east from here and get to the woodland elf village."

Carrie said back " Okay," then followed him

Mason started leading Carrie on the long trek to the Dragon's territory. A while later, he asked Carrie "So what's it like in the human world? Is it any different from what we knew?"
