This is a universe where the heros you know are not who you think, in fact they are villains. The world is in mayhem and the heros of this world has disappeared but there children are around. Even though the villains are wrecking mayhem there children are attempting to stop this and fix the wrong and make it right.
Like I said in the subtitle idc if this is a group or not but if it turns out to be a 1x1 I'd like you to know I disappear often and I try to be on as much as possible and I'd prefer MxF, anyways you can be a child of the villains of this universe or the heros. I call a child of the flash and Supergirl. BTW only 1 child of each character and you can't share 1 parent

Powers: X-ray vision, super speed, flight
Weapon: small silver dagger, strong enough that even the heat of the sun can't burn it close up
Skills: aside from the skills that come from his powers (like excelerated healing) good in close combat
Other: don't really care about a lot of stuff but when he actually cares about something nothing will get on his way
Bio:was never raised by his actual parents but kept training at Star labs for 8 years of his life so he's better than Barry at speed. And was never at school he taught himself almost everything he knows. His parents raised him for 5 years his life so they taught him to use his powers for evil but after so many years he rebelled against them and was thrown where the heros are kept so they can't get in the way. He eventually escaped and started a rebellion against his parents and they're army recruiting anyone who wants to restore peace -
