The silence was full of soft, distant chatter from Hiria citizens. Hendrina could hear the faint sounds of an argument. Ms. Phoebe was speaking with Ares. Her face full of anger and concern whilst Ares seemed to be regretful. ''Princess Hendrina!'' The man shouted towards her. Jogging to the woman, he gripped her arm. ''As the general, I'm disappointed. There is no time for the public speaking. I have done it myself alongside Phoebe,'' Ares stated, his brows furrowing. ''The people weren't happy, let us return to the palace.'' He said, dragging the Princess along the way. The carriage came in sight as Hendrina's gaze was directed downwards. ''What happened?'' Phoebe whispered to the Elves in concern.

"It's nothing to be concerned about...."Zack said,is voice lacing a cold tone as his expression changed into a stoic one as his hands clenched tighter before going towards the carriage.Derek gave Phoebe an apologetic look before following Prince Zack.

Phoebe rolled her eyes as she headed over to the carriage. Opening the door to the carriage, Hendrina stepped inside. ''Princess, the Queen will want to speak to you about this. I can't like on my reports.'' Phoebe stated as Hendrina made her way to sit beside the small curtained window. ''Of course,'' Hendrina nodded her hands in her lap. ''I'll be riding with you,'' Ares stated, whilst settling himself beside the princess. Hendrina said nothing to the general's statement. Fumbling with the bows sprawled across her chest, Hendrina couldn't do much but, focus on her thoughts.

Zack soon got into the carriage as he closed his eyes,a faint depressed aura radiating off of him.He then opened his eyes as they narrowed slightly.Derek soon sat beside Prince Zack as he sighed.

The carriage moved down the roads of the town. The horses neighed as their hooves connected with the stone ground. Ares' hands rested on her knees as he glowered at the Princess. ''What happened, Princess Hendrina? You just ran off! You have never done that before. Imagine if your mother or father was here.'' He snapped at her. ''I don't need a lecture from you, General.'' Hendrina gripped the skirt of her dress, her head hanging low. Silence filled the air as the redhead turned his gaze to the prince. ''Prince Zack, what happened? This is our Princess, I must know what happened.'' Ares practically begged the prince for the information.

Zack lifted his head slightly and glowered at Ares and stayed silent.".......I told her the truth on why I'm here.."He said to him,his tone cold and harsh.Zack then folded his arms across his chest and gave him a stoic look"Now your begging for me to give you information on what happened?well there's the reason since I've just told you.."He muttered bitterly.Derek stayed silent as he had a calm look and placed a hand on Prince Zack's shoulder.Zack looked at Derek as his expression dropped to one of sadness.

''The truth?'' Ares questioned, his eyes narrowed. ''Hendrina Martin is the future Queen of Hiria if anything were to happen to the Princess all will fall apart. The Queen has no other heir and is far too old to have yet another child. If you have issues of me wishing the best for Hiria's Princess, you might as well leave this kingdom. I'll be fine starting a war with the Elves. I'm sure other witches will agree.'' Ares said, voice taunting.

"Well aren't you a little cocky son of a b----..you're basically saying the same thing about starting a war
against elves..I thought you were jealous when Princess Hendrina was spending her time with me more than you"Zack mused as a sly smirk appeared on his face"We we're enjoying ourselves in the bakery while you were standing outside,waiting for us to come out.."He said in a teasing voice as his smirk widened. -
''Zack,'' Hendrina called, her brows furrowed her cheeks flushing pink. ''Jealous. I'll show you what jealousy feels like.'' Ares growled. The General placed his firm hands onto the Princess' waist. Ares grunted as he kept his eyes on the Princess. Hendrina didn't look in need for assistant of help. The man attached his lips to her neck whilst she ran her fingers through his hair. ''This is an everyday thing, Prince Zack.'' Ares muffled as his lips traveled down to Hendrina's collarbone.

"I see what you're doing,you b------.You're not getting a reaction from me...I've seen all your little games with the Princess and you expect me to get jealous?"Zack said before he laughed bitterly before his face changed to more of a dark one,not knowing that the marks on his cheeks started to glow a bright red."Um....Sire,you must calm yourself or you will hurt yourself or someone else...."Derek said as he looked at Prince Zack and saw his marks glowing brighter.

''Looks like I am getting a reaction from you. One way or another.'' Ares groaned as he removed himself from the Princess. Settling himself up straight he adjusted his clothing. ''Doesn't look like the Princ-'' Ares was cut off by the sound of shuffling beside him. ''Zack,'' Hendrina breathed as she settled herself beside the prince. ''I do apologize for my actions and for the Ares' actions,'' Hendrina said, her voice low. ''I hope we can ignore all this ever happened.'' She continued, twirling locks of her hair. -

Zack looked at Princess Hendrina as he slowly calmed down and frowned a bit."It's alright, Hendrina...."He said softly as he lowered his gaze.Derek ran a hand threw his hair.

Ares took a deep breath, leaning against the cushioned seat. ''Princess Hendrina,'' Ares called out his eyes downcasted. ''The news of a civil war is a possibility. That is why I was fearful of your disappearance.'' He stated. ''I have plans for protecting the royal family bloodline as well as nobles.'' Ares continued his gaze to the window. ''I plan on having a few meetings with the high-ranking witches, including my father,'' Hendrina replied, her hand on her chin. ''I suspected it once someone told me so.'' Hendrina sighed. ''If a civil war were to begin, we may need to contact the Elves,'' She whispered her eyes directed to the Prince. -
Yeah, since Zack and Hendrina are getting well acquainted I wanted her to call him by his name rather than his title.)
