There is a place that is like a small country, it is surrounded by a wall and it's population consists entirely of mythical creatures. The place was made by humans to keep all the magical creatures in one place. People are often housemates to save space, those houses are bigger than one person houses, but not too much bigger. One house used to have only a few people living in it, but one day some people move in, these new people used to live outside of the Wall but the humans found them and sent them here. And these people either try to free all of the mythical creatures or they just live their lives and maybe there's been murders that they investigate.
If you want this can be a group soap. But if not we'll each have multiple characters, one with the people who already live in the house and one with the new people, I want the new people or a new person if it's a group soap. -

Humans don't like magical creatures so they force them to live behind the Wall, your characters live in a house together and my characters live outside the Wall until some humans find them and make them move into your character's house, and our characters either try to free all the magical creatures from the Wall, or they try to investigate some mysterious murders, I personally prefer the latter.
