One day, the D.C. Heroes of the world settle down and begin families. But when Bruce Wayne discovers that the Joker is getting his old friends together to sick their children on the retired heroes, something must be done. So Batman calls C1 (a child from two members of: Teen Titans), C2 (a child from two members of: The Justice League), C3 (a child from two members of: Team Flash (Arrow Verse)), C4 (a child from two members of: Team Arrow (Arrow Verse) (You can use a character that has passed away for this one because of Black Canary.)), and C5 (a child from two members of: The Legends of tomorrow (Arrow Verse)). He trains these five children to become The Justice Teens! Can they handle the new villains that are about to come?

Ice slows the flashe's powers. Also, Barry dates Iris and Caitlin dates Julian. -
I know ice slows him down but he can easily though it. I know who dates who I just felt like doing that, if you need me to change it I will like just like the idea of flash with ice powers
