You didn't read my list of Justice League characters. You can do Zatana in the Arrow Verse. I'll make an exception.

Zatana isn't even part of the Justice League. And I didn't hear of Constantine until Arrow.

Maybe you should watch the Constantine movie and yes Zatanna is in the Justice league.

Can you make Constantine in the Arrow verse please? It shouldn't matter what team they are a part of. You're still using those characters.
