"Ahh,it was tough to get my job" she said smiling not even noticing when the waiter brought them drinks

Thomson nodded as he took the drinks and thanked the waiter. "It is normally hard for writers." He replied.

"Especially for a writer with ADHD" she said before taking a sip of her drink

"Yeah. Maybe my boss would like to hire you. She loves writing books and is really good at it. Maybe I can take you to the office and she can interview you? The neat thing about her company is that she doesn't hire for achievement, social skills, degrees, or records. Because of all the people set on the wrong path because of discrimination. She looks for what you, as a person are good at. If you're a good person, you're guaranteed a good job." He told her. "I'm sorry... I'm talking way too much about work!" He laughed.

"Noits fine,I talk about my books so much My parents even told me to stop" she laughed with him .

"Okay. So what's your boss like? Mines like a big sister to everyone. She looks after and obsesses over the needs of everyone! But that causes her lots of depression when she fails to do so. And people are often annoyed by her positivity." Thomson summarized his bosses personality.

"My boss...Well he is really hard on me,im made to travel constantly ...I have to write a book in 3 months and when its bad he tells me I'm a horrible writer" she said tappin on the table

"Sounds like the opposite of my boss. For his sake, don't let him near Miss. Johnston. Or tell Miss. Johnston about him. Because if you mess with her, what ever. Have a nice day. Mess with an innocent but complete stranger? You'll wish she didn't know about it." He laughed. His boss was sometimes too nice for her own good. But she was perfectly good at protecting herself if she needed to. "Though, the more you mess with her, the more annoying she gets. So she defends herself as well." He added.

"Okay. Job interviews are pretty fun with her. You fill out a form, she treats things like a normal interview. She'll look through your records, ask you about them. And if she sees something she knows isn't right she throws them all out. Then the real interveiw begins." Thomson told her. "I remember for my interveiw I wanted to be in web design. Because Artist didn't make a lot of money. And she gave me the job. But when she came into my office I was stacking books to look like the website so I could see bugs better. And she decided Inwould be better as a sculptor." He chattered. -
"Well,that's interesting" said Erica with a small laugh

"Yeah. Sculpting was a lot better for me. I could visualize my work easier." Thomson told her. "My sister works there too. For her interveiw, because she had schizophrenia, she was to write down everything that happened in the room. Every single detail. This gave Miss. Johnston understand how her schizophrenia works. My sister liked the project so much that she became a writer for the movies Miss. Johnston's working on." Thomson chattered.
