Erica frowned slightly at him then looked down at her feet

"Is something wrong?" Thomson asked, seeing her frown.

Erica quickly put on the fake smile she wore when she saw her boss"Oh no nothing" she secretly pulled out her phone and looked at pictures of herself at book sighnings

"Did I do something wrong?" Thomson asked.
(What happened?) -
(??? With Erica Oh she thought he was mad for talking too much about wht she would do with money)
Erica swiped to a picture of her ex and sighed"No" she said quickly wipping a tear and looking up . -
(If anything he was talking too much. LOL.)
"Okay." Thomson sighed. Clearly something was wrong... Perhaps it was because he had talked too much... "Sorry... This is the first date I've been on in.... This is the first date I've been on." Thomson told her. -
Erica looked up and sighed"Your fine,its just , I haven't been on a date in a year and a half" she said with a sigh.

"If you met your past self, how would the conversation go?" Thomson asked out of curiosity.

"I would tell them not to get attached ,
and they would tell me to screw off,I would tell myself to get a different boss,and they would say it is good money, so all in all we would argue " she said with a smile "You?" she asked -
"Mine would probably tell me: Get back to work Rookie! And that would be the end of that." Thomson laughed. He was a major control freak. But Miss. Johnston taught him kindness.

Erica laughed softly"We learn so much in so little time" she said looking at the calamari"WHat is that?" she asked

"Try it." He told her. It was really good! But some people refused to try it when they knew what it was. So you couldn't tell them until after they ate it for them to have a true opinion on it.

Erica shrugged and took a bite"Thiis is actually pretty good" she said smiling

"Yeah! It's deep fried squid." He told her, eating some.
