"Well we can always make you water proof, but that would be tricky luckily it gets a bit chilly at night" Dan said coming up with a plan "only if you want to though"

"Well it gets cold ill buy you pants and shoes and socks and a jacket and a shirt and gloves oh possibly a hat..." Dan breathed "water proof" -
"I'd think I could do wthout" she had known mermaids who had done this before and didn't do all that,

"Oh okay" Dan said" but we should still buy you clothes mine are a bit to big for you to wear in public"

"Alright" she then laid her head down and had fallen asleep

Dan felt tired so well he drifted to sleep as well 'is this a dream?' He thought

Recata was still asleep in the morning

Dan woke up before her and rubbed his eyes, he stretched and looked over at Recata "so it was real" he said queity people would start going to the shore soon so he carried her to his camp and put her in his sleeping bag

Recata let out a sigh as he put her in his sleeping bag but was still asleep

Dan layed watching to sun rise. She was safe from the tides at least

Recata flipped in her sleep dreaming of the ocean wide and free unlike the sleeping bag

Dan looked at her 'is she swimming in her dream?' Dan wondered if he was a merman forever. No one was around so he might as well go for a swim he also unzipped the sleeping bag so she would feel more free
