"No, not if you're a boy. Then it rules." Ella laughed. "Besides, we can't complain much. Cause we're spoiled rotten." Marilyn laughed. Isabella giggled. "Besides, life's like this for all woman. Except they get to be themselves a little when in their homes. But they're also very poor." Isabella told him. "Ella's taught us a bit about how to sneak out. So we will tomorrow. The more we sneak out in a day, the more likely we get caught." Marilyn explained.

Gerald said "I guess so. Not everyone can be a sneaky street rat like me."

"We're sneaky. We just do it properly." Ellla laughed as they entered her room. Isabella and Ella played chess as Marilyn sat there bored.

Gerald sat with Marilyn, just as bored. He just watched Ella and Isabella play chess.

Elizabeth won for the thousandth time and layed down on the bed next to Gerald. "Three blind mice. Three blind mice." Elizabeth sang to her sisters. "See how they run!" Marilyn sang. "See how they run!" Isabella added as the three girls sat up. "They chased after the farmers wife. She cut their tales with a carving knife!" The girl's all sang, Stricking their fingers across their necks. "Have, you ever seen such a thing in your life?" Marilyn sang. "As three blind mice." All the girl's finished. The song was a rumor that has been going around. A Queen had three servants who did everything for her. But she got bored of them and killed them.

Gerald said "Is that rumor even true?"

"Shhh! The whole reason we use the song is because we'll cause war for spreading rumors." Marilyn whispered. "And yes. The song is true. Everyone knows what happens to mice when they chase people." Issabella answered.

Gerald said "I never really pay attention to mice. Their just living their life like I am. Occasionally, I'll feed one I find, but not always."

"Okay... Well this girl was different." Isabella replied, rolling her eyes.

Gerald said "Maybe." He stood up and said "Is there anything else you need or wanna do?"

"Not really..." Isabella sighed. "I'm gonna hang out with my gaurd!" Marilyn squealed, running out the room. The girl's laughed as Marilyn ran back to close the door.

Gerald said "I'm going to see if my dog needs anything. She'll probably be at the barn." and he left.
