I was thinking maybe a boy me C1 is a boy who was in a coma for over 12 years. He wakes up in a hospital bed confused, scared and alone that is until he is met with his mother and father who are crying with happiness and joy. A lot of trials are a head for the now 17 year old boy. (Things like school, sickness he has for over come, fears etc)
Something like that you can come up with your own character.
