It's okay, I wish I could do something
What about the hell?
And nope. Not that I'm aware)
Surges sped through the streets, as if it was his dying wish to have Scarlet arrive at the wonderful creation called, School. As they finally arrived, the limo hardly came to a stop before the screaming of teenagers filled her eardrums. "I must be tone deaf after this." Scarlet commented to herself as her two body guards left the vehicle, as they pushed her fellow students back, she made her way out of the limo. Hair in it's usual form---a hell of fiery curls---, she pushed her hairs into a loose pony tale, obviously not bothered with her appearance at the moment. -
(It was directed about the limit.)
I started to play a tune and tried to get rid of the noise going on. I tried to block it out, but no avail. I was about to leave when I saw another limo drive up to the school. I walked up to the gates out of curiousity, strapping my guitar to ny back. -
Ohh. Well not what I'm aware there isn't a limit)
Teenagers surrounded Scarlet, as if she was some sort of royalty. That is the thing that baffled Scarlet so much. Just two years ago she was here, and there was hardly so much as a glance in her direction. Now? It seemed as if she was some sort of god the Romans would make offerings to.
Despite her protection against the crowd, a three guys managed their way towards Scarlet. Evidently her guards were unaware of the intrusion, as they continued to corral her peers. -
Must be my device, then.
I noticed that a couple of guys were walking toward her, as if trying to block her. She seemed familiar, I couldn't put my finger on it. I've only been here a year or so. I jumped over the barrier and knocked the three of them down, turning towards the group. "They'll be down for a few minutes. Please hurry." They tried to squirm out of my grasp, but not to any avail. -
Must be then)
She saw a strange male coming toward her behind the other three. In a few motions the trio was on the ground with the stranger on top of them. Scarlet froze, staring at him. He seemed so familiar, as if she seen him before, but for the life of her the cannot remember where. The male's voice drove her out of her daze, she hurried, gaining ground she ended up behind her guards once more, looking back at the stranger, a shiver ran through her. -
She seemed familiar, but trying to remember anything was hard when I was socked in the eye by a left hook. I turned my attention toward the attacker, who then held me up by the neck, and in a monotone voice said, "You best not get in my way, boy. Else you want to be in the hospital for a month." He dropped me down, and kicked me in the stomach, to which I was certain I heard a crack in my ribs. As they left, I tried getting up, but immediately groaned in pain. "What a fantastic start to today", I muttered.
-
Scarlet watched as the stranger was hit. Horror filled her eyes, as she screamed. She froze once more as one of the three picked him up. It seemed to happen in slow motion, the one speaking, fury written across his face as if it was written on his forehead in black marker. The stranger began to fall, as the male kicked him. They departed, and it felt as if lava was in her veins. She made her way towards the stranger, refusing him to lay out in the open.
-
I struggled to move anywhere. The intense pain wasn't showing on my face, but, It was there. I heard a person walking towards me, and I turned toward and froze up, partly in fear, and partly in pain. The girl from earlier, the celeberty. I tried to speak to her but nothing came out.
-
Scarlet's heart shattered. How could anyone possibly do this to a person was beyond her. The stranger attempted to say something, but Scarlet shushed him. "Don't speak. I'll get you help." She called Matthews, the Chief of her guard. "Matt, I need your help with something."
-
I tried to stand up again, this time with a pained look on my face. I was struggling to maintain my balance, but I fell on my back, my guitar hit the ground. I took the time to study her face, slowly coming to the realization on who she was.
-
As Scarlet was in the process of explaining the situation to Matt, the stranger attempted to stand. Looking as if he was experiencing immense pain, he collapsed. The clashing of guitar strings followed his fall, along with an assortment of groans. "Just please stop moving. I'm trying to get you help. Don't harm yourself more."
Scarlet loathed the fact that those people did that to him. He was merely protecting her from them, and it was an unfair fight. It was so foolish of him to do that. It made her wonder why did he do it to began with. Of course she had guards, yes there would be a bit of intense arguing. But that would be it, if only the stranger left it alone. He wouldn't be in this sort of predicament. Yet she was glad he did that, not too thrilled he got injured, but she's glad he stopped them.
Scarlet examined the stranger. He has defined features that most would hardly notice, but she does. A sort of Unaware-That-I-Am-Attractive. As she looked closer, she began to understand why this person is so familiar. -
I muttered dreadful things, mostly about this not happening if I hadn't have done that. She seemed... cute, to say the least. No, wait. Why was I thinking that? I quickly turned my head toward the ground to hide my visible blush that had begun to form, and sighed. Of all things, I tried to make small talk. "Hey."
-
Scarlet tried to reminiscence back to where she met this person, but for the life of her she could not put his face to a memory. The stranger spoke, the sudden noise surprised Scarlet, but soon relaxed once more. "Uh. Hey. I never really thanked you for doing that. You didn't have to, but you did. I really appreciate it."
-
I nodded and weakly gave a thumbs up. "It's not a problem. Those three who were trying to stop you, they were part of a gang. Anyone takes their spotlight, and they... remove them. You're safe, though." I said. I then noticed my guitar-smashed to pieces-lying on the ground. This fueled my hatred to an extreme, as that guitar was given to me by a friend-whom I lost contact to.
-
Scarlet follows the stranger's eyes towards his shattered guitar. Her heart instantly broke. "Oh god---I'm so sorry. I can get you a knew one." She sighed looking around. "Matter of fact..." She pulled Milo off her back, handing him towards the stranger. "Here...it's the love of my life. Treat him well."
