Lo felt her cheeks turn red as she rested her head on him. "Why do you even want to be my friend?" She asked.

"what do you not want friends?"he asked joking

"No... I'm sorry... I didn't mean for it to sound like that..." Lo sighed, staying quiet.

"it's ok I was messing with you a anyways"he said with a smile

"Okay... It's just..." Lo whispered. "Nevermind..." She sighed, staying quiet.

"what is it? He asked quietly

Lo stayed quiet and stared at the floor. After a moment of silence, she started to cry. "It's just... I'm different. I wear ripped clothes, stolen clothes, borrowed clothes... I eat the food I hunt... I'm not like other people. And they stare at me like they stare at a monkey dressed in human clothes." She cried. "So why would you want to be my friend when I'm just... Nothing.

"your not nothing, have you seen me state at you weird?"he said and asked

Lo shrugged and felt her cheeks go red. She looked at the stain on her arm that was left from when those boys broke in. It was faded, but her arm would always say lost girl. "My name is literally Lost. Because I never had a name..." She thought to herself... So why did Jack even bother with her.

Lo shrugged, not sure what to say...

Lo just stayed there for a bit. A little scared. A little happy. A little sad. And very confused. Her mind buzzed as she rested her head on him.

"Jack... I'm scared... What am I supposed to do?" She asked after a long moment of silence.
