"Yes." Lo lied, staring at the sky. She played with a leaf as her mind wandered.

"k" he said staring at the sky

Lo looked in the sky, forgetting Luke was there. As she forgot Luke was there she started crying again. Then she started singing sad songs again.

"Your good at singing" jack said -
Lo jumped and almost fell out of the tree. 'Note to self. Don't meditate when you have guest.' She thought to herself. She held onto a branch which broke. So she fell to the ground. "Ow..." She muttered, trying to get up.

Jack jumped down "you ok?" He asked Lo

"No." Lo answered, trying but failing to get up. Why on earth did she jump out of a tree!?! She tried to get up but gave up and started crying. "I'm sorry..." she told him.

"don't be you didn't do anything" he said hugging her

Lo felt her heart beat quickly and she cried while hugging him. She rested her head on his chest. It was warm, and she could hear his heart beat. She tried to breath and keep herself from crying.

"why are you sad?" He asked

Lo didn't answer. She sat on a bench and looked at her feat. Her shoes were cheap shoes from children's Aid. They didn't fit. And she didn't like the color. But at least she had shoes... She focused on the grass instead. The grass was familiar to her. Soft and green.

"do you not want to talk?" He asked sitting next to her

Lo shook her head no.

"OK" he said wrapping his arm around her
