Shiku had noticed the girl sit on the same row as her, what with her being the only other person in the room. She looked less than excited to be here, but who knows? Maybe she's just shy. Shiku shrugged and scooted over to her side with haste, his heart racing and his mind ready to make conversation. "Hello there! My name is Shiku Kugun, fellow applicant! You look like the smart type!" If Shiku was playing a game of basketball and got points for how well he thought he was doing so far, he'd be... High in points. Shiku doesn't understand the rules of basketball that well. "Say, what's your power?" He asked, briefly pausing his chattiness to take in a deep breath. "Aaaanyways, whatever it is, I bet it's cool! I heard this test is about rescuing and beating up opponents! I plan on doing both!" He gave a small flex of his muscles, regardless of the fact that it looked significantly less impressive than he thought since he was sitting down.

Mercy was happy she caught a glance of the person moving closer to her or she would of squeaked or yelped. She looked over at my the energetic being beside her with a slight nod and leaned over resting her arm on the rest. She listened to him not wanting to give up answers or even knowing where to if she did. She left that alone and just listened to the boy beside her talk, and let him finish, despite her appearance and black look she was giving the boy she was quite amused by how excited he was. Not for a second was she going to let it show, she blinked a few times and raised an eyebrow as if asking if he was done.

Kugun noticed the shifting of her eyebrow and snapped his mouth shut, laughing a little nervously. "Heh..." He just kinda sat there, not wanting to annoy the girl as much as he thought he already had. "So, um... Yeah. Nice to meet you. Your name?" He held out his hand to her, trying to initiate a shake.

Mercy leaned back in her chair on an odd-ish way, she crossed her legs and looked over at him, she leaned over a bit closer to him putting her hand in his and licked her lips,"Mercy." She said the one word quietly, her voice hoarse and slightly scratchy showing how she wasn't good with talking and didn't do so often. She pulled her hand back and ran it through her hair.
