Lavender was wondering if she was the only one who realized that Gabrielle was the opposite of how she was when they met her as the two hugged. "Thanks guys!" Cheered Hannah. The four girls later decided to play with chocolate frogs by letting them hop around and then catching them! "Ron's rat ate him!" Lavender laughed during the game.

Gabrielle sat on her bed, studying quietly as she refused to participate. Her long brown hair was braided beautifully and she wore a white satin nightgown.

After their game and hiding Scabbers in Ron's room, the other three got dressed in night gowns and got into bed.

Gabrielle lied down tiredly, curling up as her mind drifted to her own advice. Why was she waiting for Draco? She needed to take her advice...

Later, at breakfast, Draco was laughing about the troll. "Troll in the dungeon!" He mocked Quirell. "Thought you odda know!" Draco laughed, pretending to pass out.

Hermione walked over to Draco. "Please don't! Some of us could have died if it weren't for Quirell's warning!" She scolded. "Shut up Muggle!'" Draco laughed.

"You shut up Malfoy!!!" Lavender yelled across the Great Hall. Hannah nodded. "Just ignore him Hermione!" She sighed. "You're right Hannah! He's not worth the trouble!" Hermione agreed, joining Harry and Ron.

Gabrielle opened her mouth to say something but looked away, remaining quiet. She wanted to defend Draco, but that would betray her friends...

"Sorry..." Hannah sighed when she saw Gabrielle's uncomfort.

Gabrielle forced a smile. "Don't apologize..."

"You're still attached to Malfoy?" Hermione asked. "Of course she is! That's the only reason she's even here!" Lavender answered.

Gabrielle flinched at Lavender's comment as tears pricked her eyes. "Excuse me..." She stood and ran the the girl's bathroom.

Hannah ran after her, and so did Hermione after glaring at Lavender.

Gabrielle had locked herself in the repaired stall, sobbing into her hands. She tried so hard to be strong, but...
