snowstorm Newbie"yes! i love it! its pretty." she tied it to a string and wore it around her neck. "like this, right?" she asked. she was pretty sure she had gotten human customs right; if someone gave you a clip, you tied it around your neck! "i think." she added.

Kieran chuckled, shaking his head. "That isn't how you put it on, silly.." Standing, he pulled up his pants to his knees, walking out into the water. It was cold, but he knew Omi would need enough water to be able to move. "Come here," he instructed. "I'll fix it for you."

Kieran gently removed the hairpin from the string. Leaning forward, he started to mess with her hair so he could pin it up properly. After some slight fumbling, he managed to use it to make a simple bun. He looked proud of his work. "That's how you use it," he explained.

Pearbug NewbieOmi wounded. She wasn't used to her short hair in a gun. "What is this?" She pondered.

"It's.. A sort of hairstyle, I guess." Kieran backed up until he was no longer in the water. He sat down on the sand, watching her. "That hairpin I gave you? It lets you style your hair and pin it up. I'm not sure if it will hold well under water, but for right now, it looks very pretty."

Pearbug Newbie"Let me try!" She dove underwater and cxame back up, her hair still up but her bangs over her eyes, dripping onto her face.

Kieran watched her go underwater, fascinated. Even though she wasn't under for long, her movements were smooth, like someone doing ballet. He smiled when she popped back up. "It looks like it stayed."

Pearbug Newbie"Cool!" She brushed the wet hair out of her eyes and she dove under. ssecondss later, she flew out and landes on the rock. "Tada!"

Kieran watched, an awed look on his face, as she leaped out of the water to sit on the rock. It reminded him of a dolphin. "That was very pretty," he admitted, leaning his head in his hands. "Tell me, does your kind sleep?" -

"sleep? nah. we NAP, but we usually stay awake. like sharks, i guess." she responded. -
"I've never really looked into sharks," Kieran admitted. "I wouldn't know any sleeping or napping habits of sea creatures." He stretched his legs out a bit, humming. "What is the world like, down under the sea?"
