The H.U.C is a hidden town, it's hidden by glamours and a large mountain range , so even the satalites are unable to pick up the image of the place.
They get everything from the villages on the hills.
Once you send your child here that's it, a memory worker makes you forget about the child. If the child refuses to forget you we'll make them.
We only do what's best for our kind.

At the school and home for these chidkren eveyrone has a gift, eveyrone has a talent but not like regular humans , no these chidlren are capable of extraordinary things, scouted by sensory workers we find them as fast as we can to protect them here.

Gift : Aoife controls death, but not in the way that his power kills you , he sees spirits, he communicates with the dead , his abilites are mental he sees emotions , auras reads mind and is a telekinetic
Weakness : Aoife is confined to a wheel chair as his lower half never properly developed. He is completley paralysed from the waist down. To many people can cause serious panic attacks for him.
Personality : Aoife is soft spoken and reserved, afraid to really put himself in social situations knowing eh could get hurt both mentally and emotionally regardless of his gift.

Personality : Neo is a mute but she is very childish even if she doesn't communicate it verbally , Neo's eyes switch colours with her emotions , they can be Brown and white , brown , white , white and pink , pink , brown and pink and that's it brown is the the regular Neo this shows mostly while she is afraid or something like that
White is the calmer collected and intelligent eno while link is her sadistic self.

Gift- he is a half dragon and he is immune to fire and he can change in to a dragon hatchling
Looks-long white hair with long white horns poking out from just behind his ears, pointing backwards. His eyes are snake like and ice blue with silver scales around them. He has scales covering his arms up to his elbows and his fingers are clawed. He has large dragon wings sprouting from his wings and a long scaly tail. He also has several scars on his wrists and ankles and around his neck

Costume- literally he just wears white pants. That's it. He can't exactly have a whole lot of clothes on
Clothes- he doesn't like wearing shirts because of his wings but if he really needs to have something covering his upper body he will wear a kimono

Name: Quinn Hadley (Goes by Leo)

Gift: She has heightened visual senses, allowing her to see fast movements normally impossible for human eyes to follow, or minute details with great clarity. The eyes are also equipped with a self-restoration function such that over time, they will heal themselves of any damage sustained.
Most importantly, her eyes are able to see 'The Truth' of the world. This allows her to see past world altering illusions along with perceiving an individual's unique aura.
Using the power of her eyes however has its limits, as they overheat upon prolonged use of their abilities.
Leo induces nauseating hallucinations on his opponents. Leo simply commands her opponents' eyes to obey her.
Leo projects what she sees into the minds of others, effectively sharing her sight with them.
Leo alters the vision of those around her by shuffling their field of visions.
She hates using her powers and will complain and argue if shes asked

Looks: Shes 5'2 short messy brown curly hair. She is really pale and will usually keep her eyes closed
