Bump yet again.
-
Yvonus jumped back in surprise as the door opened. He stared at its inside, afraid of what the strange object could do to him. He looked over at Sasha, inspecting her. She didn't seem to be injured after stepping into the car. If anything, she was waiting for him to come in rather impatiently. When he hadn't yet sat down, she explained to him what the car was. "...No need to be so harsh," he finally hissed under his breath, climbing into the seat. He closed the door, staring down at his feet. He felt as if he were in a chair, but contained. The feeling bothered him, deeply. "How can you stand this?"
-
"What do you mean...? Oh, and stay still," Sasha added as she reached over him to pull the belt and buckle him in before doing the same for herself. "There. Now, off we go!" She smiled as she carefully drove toward the department store she always shopped at, parking with ease and unbuckling. "That wasn't so bad, was it?" She giggled, having always prided herself as a good driver.
-
"It's cramped," he said, staring at her. "And-- ...Now, it's very confining. What is this thing?" The brunette raised a hand to touch the seat belt fabric, frowning at it. It felt like it was pressing against his chest, holding him to the seat. Suddenly, he felt the car whir to life, and Yvonus screeched, grabbing the door handle in fear. He stared in amazement as the car moved with them inside of it. The entire ride, he sat there, clinging to the door in fear. When she asked him how it was, he stared at her, his mouth open in an 'o'. "You.. Call that 'not bad'? How crazy are you?"
-
Sasha scowled, "Alright, next time you can walk the forty miles to my house. Anyway, we're here." She reached over and unbuckled him, watching as the pulley system yanked it into place. She unlocked their doors and got out, walking to his side and opening the door for him, reaching across him in order to grab her bag. "Alright, climb on out and shut the door behind you."

(Sorry for the extremely late response. Had been putting it off because I either forgot or didn't have energy.)
Yvonus shot her a glare, only moving to allow her to unbuckle him. "No need to be so rude, I'm just.. Confused." He sighed, waiting for her to come and open the door. Exiting the vehicle brought a happy nose from his throat. He was no longer trapped in the car. Stretching, he watched her grab for her bag, raising an eyebrow. "Okay..." When she was well out of the way, he slammed the door shut, staring at her. "Now what?" -
Sasha crossed her arms, "Now we go into the store and find you some decent clothes." She smiled sweetly and held out her hand. "So you won't get hit by a car or lag behind," She explained, thinking of him much like a child. After all, he needed to be educated like one. She could only hope he could read. She honestly didn't have time to teach him how.

"Decent clothes.. I prefer what I started out with," he complained, with the tone of a child. For a moment, Yvonus stared at her hand, before taking it. "Do they use cars as battle vehicles? They sound terribly dangerous." He shoved his other hand into his pants pocket, as if instinctively learning the new customs. He glanced around, watching cars lazily drive around.
-
Sasha rolled her eyes, "Not usually. It's just some people have no sense of responsibility or charisma and don't need to be driving." She began leading him across the road after it was cleared of automobiles and held the door open to the shop. "Ladies first," She teased, forgetting he may not be accustomed to her sense of humor.
-
"If they don't need to be driving, then why do they have those... Cars?" Yvonus squinted at Sasha, letting her lead him to the door. "They should be trained to use them. Someone could get killed, if they use them improperly. They seem to be a lot larger and faster than a horse." When she opened the door for him, he scowled, taking the door. He stood in front of her, snorting. "That would mean you."
-
Sasha sighed and rolled her eyes, "It's a joke of our time." She walked in and crossed her arms, waiting for him before making her way to the men's section, her long hair following in elegant trails. She had to walk through the women's dress in order to get where she needed to go. She smirked and decided to scare him, hiding within a rack of long dresses, peeking out slightly.
