Sasha used her credit card and purchased the clothing, smiling sweetly at the cashier before taking the bag with his clothing and leading the way out, placing her wallet in her purse before standing at the curb and holding out her hand, much like a mother would do for their child.

Yvonus stared down at her hand, shyly taking it. He forgot that they'd have to cross the street to get to her weird vehicle. The car, he remembered after a few moments of thought. "So," he asked, "If I need money, how do I get it in this time period?" He glanced at the bag of clothing, a swell of pride overcoming him as he remembered it was all his. "Oh, and can we get my sword out of your shop? It means a lot to me. I promise not to use it.."

Sasha began to walk and sighed. "Fine. I'll get your sword. And to answer your question, you work. That shop is how I make money." She unlocked her car and opened his door for him, taking the bag and putting it in the back before climbing into her own seat, buckling up and cranking up the car, listening as the engine sputtered before turning to life.

He looked relieved as soon as she agreed to retrieve his sword. "Thank you," he hummed as she opened the door for him, though he was referring to the sword. "About that--" she had walked away, so he quickly sat down and buckled up, turning his focus to her. He waited until the roar of the car had died down before he continued. "How do I get a job to work at? Do you think I could work at your shop? I don't want to rely on you to buy me everything." Yvonus exhaled, making sure to close the door.

Sasha sighed and put the car in reverse, answering as she began to drive toward the cafe. "You'll have to rely on my money until you're more familiar with the modern world. Then we'll see about getting you a job at the cafe. Deal?" She glanced at him as she steered rather easily through the traffic filled streets and to the parking lot in which the cafe owned.
