Volekit leaped after them, Petalkit following eagerly.

Rosesky laid her head on her paws. She wondered, what were her kits going to be like when they turned to warriors? Who would be their mentors? What would be their warrior names?
Bramblekit started suckling. His belly rumbled, his mind wandering to a flame-and-gray colored tom that was watching from outside the den. What was his name?
Violetkit placed her paw on Bramblekit's head to gain balance and started suckling. -
Petalkit suckled hungrily. Volekit shoved in beside her, pushing her out of place. "Hey!" she meowed angrily, throwing herself forcefully back.

Harestar jumped up onto High Rock. "Listen in, Clanmates - for all to hear!"

Sparrowtail pricked his ears.

"I WOULD LIKE TO SAY SOMETHING!"
Rosesky covered her kit's eyes with her tail playfully. -
"Yay so not just cats that can hunt can hear it!" Petalkit meowed.

Bramblekit shuved his mother's tail down angerly, and watched Harestar.

Volepaw jumped up and down in excitement. Sparrowtail purred. -

"Dawnflower, you shall mentor Volepaw. Teach him all your fighting and sneaking skills."
"Gorsefang, you shall mentor Violetpaw. Teach her all your bravory and hunting skills."
"And finally, (I think it was Rose-, right...?) ____paw. Your mentor shall be Ivywhisker. Ivywhisker, teach her all your smart teachneces and bravory."
"And, as amazing as it is, Leafstep is taking Bramblekit to the moonpool tonight to be a medicine cat apprentice." -

Volepaw puffed out his chest. -

Bramblepaw nuzzled his mentor, looked happily at his littermates.
Rosesky's heart filled with joy. -
Sparrowtail smiled proudly.
