Audrey was grabbed by her Uncle Phil. Her Aunt Bonnie began yelling and cussing at her for not doing what she was told. "I-I'm s-sorry..." Audrey mumbled in between weeps. Her face was red from slaps. She got loose of the tight grip on her shirt and made a run for it. She ran out the house, and in through the woods. -
Al was just walking down through the woods, coming from the lake he was just fishing at with a cooler full of fish when a small girl crashed into him. He got up and said "Whoa, kid. What's the rush?"

Audrey looked up at the man. "h-help m-me. I-I'm in danger!" she pleaded. Audrey hid behind the man and looked towards where she entered. "AUDREY!" she heard te yells of her uncle and aunt.

Al said "Don't worry, I know where to hide." He took the girl behind some bushes and lifted up a secret door. He put the girl inside and said "Stay here and don't make a sound. I'll lose em for you." He turned a light on and closed a door. He got back to his cooler and a man and woman approached him. "Top of the morning to ya." he said.

"Hello son, have you seen a little girl pass through here?" Uncle Phil had asked the man. "Yes, she ran away and we are dearly worried about her!" Aunt Bonnie had explained. Audrey looked around her and sat down and heard silence.
