(it deleted my whole response....
Let's do it then!)
The kisses were soft against the human's freshly cleaned skin. He instinctively let out a small noise, though he didn't know why. There was a tingling sensation in the pit of his stomach that was spreading to his body. It was warm, like the feeling of the sun on his skin as they had walked to the car. Elliot relaxed into Ariel's hold, a blush forming on his face. He wasn't sure how he was supposed to feel. He had so many mixed emotions.
When the other's mood suddenly changed, the purple haired boy grew concerned. Though his words were smooth, he could feel the angel's grip tightening. He could also hear the different pace at which the other was breathing. Was it fear? Anger? Pride? No matter what it was, Elliot didn't like it. He wiggled, trying to make it so the other could see his face. "Are you okay, Ariel?" he asked. -
Okay ^.^)
Ariel glanced over to the boy, who's mood has changed quite quickly at his own mood change. "Yes, yes. It's fine, I'm fine." The angel reassured, playing with a lock of the purple hair of the boy. It was way softer than it was earlier, which he enjoyed quite a bit. He continued to rub Elliot's lower back, the skin was ridged with bone, due to the fact that the slave was quite thin. That's usually how they were at the auctions. Thin and boney. Humans found thinner beautiful, but Ariel merely cared about the health of his slave when it came to weight, he didn't care so much about beauty. However, certain features that were non weight related were important when it came to beauty. The size of his lips, the size of his nose, the color of his eyes. These were things he loved about the gray eyed slave, simply because they were so beautiful. -
(I now cannot wait omg xD I've done this to myself and it makes me sad)
Elliot squinted at the angel, wondering if he should believe him or not. He knew that on Earth, angels could lie easily. But he couldn't dwell on it. It wasn't his place to. "Okay." The human seemed to wipe his face, as if wiping his doubt away, before he sat there and allowed the larger to touch him. The angel's touch was so soft, he thought dreamily, and he liked the feeling. He closed his eyes a bit, letting the other male explore his body. "Hey," the slave muttered suddenly, "Are you happy?" -
(It makes me really sad as well XP)
The angel tilted his head at the word. Happy, happy. What did that mean again? Humans threw it around a lot. Happiness. It was the state of being content, right? And content would be having enough or what you want, whether it be physical or not. For example, many humans desired more and more money. This was greed and would never lead to happiness, as no matter how much you had, it would never be enough. Humans were silly like that. Ariel wanted to explain he didn't feel emotions like he did, but there was no reason for the slave to know that. He could potentially use that fact against his race later. Not like the inferior humans stood a chance against the superior angels, but the angels didn't need yet another distraction as the New Order came to be. "I'd suppose so, if content is what you mean by happy." The angel answered.
The New Order was the angel's plan for a perfect world. With being allowed to roam and control the Earth freely, many angels wished to make it new again. Beautiful, perhaps. This was the final goal, of course, but it could take decades or centuries to work out the kinks. Ariel thought it factual that Elliot or any of the slaves in his house would survive to see the New Order. The era was far off, they were in the beginning stages, the domination, determination and purification stages. These would ensure the humans would trust and bow down to the angels to trust them and teach the humans to be holy. Determination was among the angels; who was in charge, what were the jobs, how would the economy work? What would be the human's place? Would the new world be a sinful one or a pure one? For the first time, the angels had choices, and they weren't sure which choice to pick. -
-
(Why does it make you sad?
Sorry I didn't catch this!)
Elliot frowned at the angel's response. He had been hoping that the other would open up to him. The purple haired boy knew that the other was hiding something from him. The answer, though it had seemed to be complete, was off from what the small boy had asked. A radar in his senses was telling him that the taller was lying, that he wasn't saying a compete truth. Yet he couldn't do anything about it. If his master wanted to keep silent, he had every right to. Shaking his frown away, the human replied calmly, "I see. Well, it's good that you have something to be happy with.." He pulled up a hand to nibble at his lip. He was still wrapped in the angel's embrace, but it didn't matter. Elliot wanted to think. He wanted to know more.
There was a lot that the purple haired human didn't know about. He wasn't exposed to much of the world. Being locked up in a cell had no perks. Elliot remembered growing up at the auction house. He had no memory of parents. If he had been taken away, he had been far too small. The owners would never tell them. Those angels were the ones that believed humans were ultimately inferior. Names, feelings, knowledge. They were not important to those born or taken to the auction house. Elliot had grown up believing it was okay to be a nobody. A slave. But he could tell that it wasn't going to be easy. Even now, he had a thought process of his own. -
(Bc it isss
And is oke)
"Indeed, indeed..." The angel mumbled, casually letting the human out of his embrace. Instead, he sat with his knees to his chest and his arms around his knees. In this process, his arms were long enough to reach up to his face, so he did so, and nibbled on a thumb. Ariel was in the midst of thinking. Uriel, Uriel, Uriel. He was an almost terrifying angel to the white haired angel. He was much more powerful than himself, with a much larger following. Not that Ariel didn't have his own substantial following, as he did. Many angels and many humans looked to him for guidance. They wanted 1,000 years of peace as much as Ariel did. Although chaotic, the angel knew he had both the brawns and the wits to control both the humans and the angels.
In fact, hell with democracy! Totalitarianism was the way to go, Ariel knew. Humans were stupid and petty, they weren't worth the effort. One day, every human would bow down to himself. Without any complaint. Once he had defeated Uriel, he and his loyal right hand would control the world with an iron fist. It would be glorious and everyone would be content. But who would be that right hand? "Elliot," the angel blinked a few times, gazing up to the slave, "Do you love me?" -
(But it's also fitting, isn't it? Elliot, being the slave, can prove his loyalty to the angel by taking his punishments for him. )
Elliot felt the other's arms fall from his shoulders. He glanced up, watching him pull his knees up to his chest. The human watched his master sit there, nibbling on his thumb. Ariel was probably deep in thought now. The smaller pulled away a bit, deciding to mess around in the tub. He stepped away from the edge of the tub, starting to walk around for a bit. He could very easily swim in this tub, he noticed. It was large, and it would probably take him a minute to get to the other side. He would have tested his theory if his owner hadn't called his name.
Upon being called, the smaller hurriedly rushed to his side. Though the purple haired boy froze at the question he was asked. Love? He had such a small understanding of that feeling. He knew it was supposed to be a happy feeling. But it was deeper than that. Ariel was important to Elliot, yes, but he didn't know what love was. "Um.. Maybe?" he said slowly, a bright red blush on his face. "I don't.. I don't know what love is, so I can't say yes or no. You're important to me, though! Is that love?" -
(Yes I'd suppose cx)
"I'm not sure." Ariel said with a small, passive shrug. "I'm not sure what it is, either." Ariel only knew the dictionary definition. The feeling of passion, essentially. But that didn't help him much either. Love was something the angels were supposed to have for the humans, but he only felt complete neutrality. And he supposed the other angels could relate. He didn't feel one way or the other on the species, he just knew what they were good for and what they weren't.
They were good at labor and putting themselves into dangerous situations for stupid reasons. They were good at clouding their own vision with emotion and tearing each other apart on stupid beliefs and disputes. They were good at killing one another and themselves. They were good at lying and disrespecting rules. They were good at making up their own rules and rebelling. Yes, these humans were far from perfect. -
(I can't wait to get to meet Uriel. He sounds so interesting.
Also, I haven't said anything because I kept forgetting, but if you need a break from the soap at any time go ahead and take it. I don't need a warning, just go do life stuff until you can respond.)
Elliot looked slightly surprised at the older's response. He had asked him if he loved him, yet he didn't even know what it meant himself? It wasn't just surprising, but it was rather cute. Giggling softly, the human watched the other's expression, amused. "Perhaps we'll figure it out later. What made you ask, though? Is there something on your mind? Err, that is, if y-you want to talk about it!" He stammered the last sentence as he remembered that he was merely a servant of the angel. A slave. He had no place to ask how the other was feeling or try to console with him.
Yet, he couldn't help himself from asking. The other seemed to be sad. And something in the pit of the human's stomach was telling him that he should pry. How long could an angel be in such a human-like state? A lot of humans themselves had a hard time holding back their feelings. Emotions, no matter if positive or negative, could be painful. Many broke from them. Angels usually seemed to be prideful. Elliot felt as if Ariel was holding back something for his pride. He wanted to break that wall. He had a feeling he wanted the other to have for him. Trust. He wanted the angel's trust. -
(Eep didn't mean to be gone this long. And ye Uriel shall be very complex, just like Ariel. These damn angels, m8)
Ariel shrugged again. "No. I was just thinking about your race. It's so inferior." He said. "I'm becoming more like you by the day. Which is something I shouldn't be doing. I need to spend more time with other angels and less time with your damned race." The angel wasn't speaking clearly, his words were slurring and he showed no allusion of being angry. Instead, he was fairly calm, but staring into the waters of the pool-like bathtub, blinking. In all honesty, he wasn't hearing what he was saying. He had no idea. He was becoming completely detached from reality.
Jolting himself back, he tilted his head- "Ah. Sorry. I was just thinking." Ariel was afraid. Ariel was angry. He wasn't sad, that was one thing he wasn't. He wasn't going to mourn his fate- it was pointless. The angel had a tolerance for humans, but it was reaching its max. He was going to rage soon- these emotions were coming out of nowhere, sure. But he couldn't control them, regardless. The angel's emotions swung like a pendulum, never stopping. Rushing from one place to another without warning or rhythm. -
(Don't worry about it, life stuff is important. ^-^ uu they sound so cool though)
Elliot listened to the older, his skin seeming to get goosebumps. He hadn't ever heard him get so cruel before. It made him feel nervous. The human could only listen to the angel, trying to make any sense of what he was saying. "I.." an attempt to speak, but it failed. He could only sit there, staring at the other's chest. Ariel didn't seem to be mad, yet his words were cool and venomous. Though they weren't a direct attack on him, the grey eyed boy felt like he was responsible for the angel's actions.
He looked up when the other moved slightly. He smiled at his apology, though it was more of a sad smile than anything. "Don't worry about it. You're right. We are completely inferior to angels. It must be tiresome, living with so many humans. You have every right to complain." Elliot wanted to turn away as he had to the auction owners, yet for some reason, he couldn't find it in his heart to. A sigh escaped his lips as he reached his hand up to scratch at the back of his neck. "If you wish to take it out on me, you can." -
Life stuff sucks *eye roll* and ye. I guess. Honestly the angels are based off of a combination of Supernatural and the actual bible XD)
The angel gave a deep, dark chuckle at the boy's remark. "Take it out on.. You? That's an amusing thought. Is that what the auctioneers told you that we would do? Take out every single one of our tantrums out on you?" Well, Ariel knew the auctioneers weren't completely wrong. He was known to have a short, irritable fuse that was easy to be lit. He was sensitive, as many would say. But not in the sobbing way, in the easily set off way. Not because he was offended, but because he enjoyed the havoc he created. He would destruct- but he thought of it as renovation. He was doing the boys favors, right? Well, perhaps it was time for Elliot's first favor.
The angel thought of the many sadistic routes he could take. Lust or rage, lust of rage. Which shall he give into? Oh, my. The gluttony in the bottom of his stomach vibrated in excitement. "Oh~" he purred, "I think I will, indeed, take it out on you~ But you shall enjoy it very much, indeed~" -
(Yeah but it is important to deal with it sometimes. :3 I figured, but hey, they're pretty cool!)
At the chuckle, the human blushed lightly, his eyes wandering away from the angel's. Those deep red eyes had an expression that he couldn't quite put a finger on. Inhaling, he nodded at the question. "Not necessarily that your tantrums would be taken out on me. More like.. My job would be to make you happy. So, if you're angry and I'm here.. Use me." He said it as simple as he could. He wasn't sure how to word it. The purple haired human just knew in the pit of his stomach that he was there for Ariel's benefit. He wanted to do his job well, in the vary least. If he couldn't make Ariel happy, what kind of a slave would he be?
Elliot heard the angel's voice suddenly change. He glanced up at him, seeing that same expression reflected in those bright red pools. What was going on? The human gulped, wondering if he should scoot away from the taller. He was uncomfortable. "I.. I'll enjoy it? What do you mean by that?"
