  I kinda have something.
  
  Four people wake up in separate white rooms, in all white clothing. One problem. None of them remember their own names, or anything about them. They only know each other by the numbers on their hospital clothes. Upon escaping, they learn more about themselves and each other, and discover a horrible truth, they discover what happened to them at the hospital.
