Speedy said"Don't worry I got him"

Terran stuck out his arm and force pulled his sword to him to help Speedy. Flash then jumped out a window to escape. Being several stories up he formed a large ball of ice around him to survive the fall. Vathek looked out and thought he was dead.

Speedy aswell thought he was dead but right at that moment she became normal again without Vathek knowing.

Flash wasn't dead but he was glad everyone thought he was dead. He ran back to the kingdom and to the library to learn more about the emblem. He hoped no one saw he was alive.

Speedy said to Vathek "I'll go find him"

Vathek said "Why should you? He's dead, unless you mean recover the body."
Flash found out the emblems were powered by petrified darkness and the only thing that can reverse it is a similar emblem powered by petrified light. He also found out where to find it. -
Speedy left and found Flash in the library

Flash saw Speedy but wasn't armed. His sword was still at Vathek's. He decided to try and sneak out, if she didn't already see him.

"Flash,"she said firmly"come here"

After Flash heard that, he knew she saw him. So exiting out a back door, he made a run for it.

Speedy quickly followed him and said"why are you running from me?"

Flash found an abandoned ice sword, grabbed it and pointed it at Speedy. He said "Stay back, I'm warning you."

"w-w-why are you doing this?It's me Speedy."she said

Flash said "You are under Vathek's control. You obviously knew I didn't die and are here to finish the job."

"No I'm not.Honest."she said backing away
