She shook her head and she backed against her locker "no theres not" she said quietly

"No need to seem scared or nervous, miss." Matty said as he saw her back against her locker. "And there is a reason. Why is that?" he asked again, taking a small step towards her.

Skeith trembled slightly when he moved closer "its nothing

Matty sighed lightly, keeping his eyes on her. Softly staring to her. "Tell me what it is." he said slowly, calmly, and softly to her.

Skeith shook her head again, looking at the floor

Matty bttook a breath and nodded his head to her. "It's best to tell." he said taking a step back from her, smiling.

She hugged her books "I can't" she said softly

"Im here to tell if something is wrong. You seem nervous here. Or scared?" he said to her.

Skeith fell silent, looking at the floor

Matty kept his eyes staring to her, keeping quiet himself as he stood there

"I can't tell you" she finally said "they'll hurt me" she whispered

"If you tell me, whoever it is, trust m-me, they won't hurt you." he said to her

She slowly looked up at him "how do I know your not lieing"

Matthew looked to her, smiling a bit. "You don't know if I am or not." he said to her. "What if I give you till schools end to tell me?" he asked after a bit.
