Angelique sighed. "Hi girls. Why aren't you with the jocks?" "And let you have all the fun? No way! Besides, the new kid is hot!" Angelique blushed brightly and glared. "You have a boyfriend, Hannah!"

Cole said "You think I'm hot? The only thing I've ever been called was a klutz."

Hannah laughed. "You're extremely hot~ I mean, ouch~!" She purred, making Angelique look down, sneering in disgust. Hannah was an all around beauty. Natural blonde hair, tan skin, chocolate eyes, not to mention her perfect body.

Cole blushed a little and said "I don't know. There must be someone better looking than me." Cole looked at Angelique and wondered what was wrong.

"No, I think you top the charts~" Hannah hugged him from behind, smirking as her head rested on his shoulder. Angelique stood suddenly and walked out with her bento box.

Cole noticed Angelique leaving. He got Hannah off his shoulder and followed her. "Wait." he said.

Angelique sighed. "You should have stayed. You had a chance with the prettiest girl in school and you blew it." She turned, forcing a sweet smile.

Cole said "She's not the prettiest girl in my eyes. You are." Cole smiled and put his hand on Angelique's shoulder.

Angelique's cheeks became red as she looked away. "You're clearly blind, Cole." She muttered, crossing her arms.

Cole gave Angelique a hug and said "I mean it."

Angelique stiffened and hugged back, blushing deeply. Her heart raced, much to her embarrassment.

Cole stopped hugging and said "Do you believe me now?"

Angelique smiled and nodded. "You're pretty persuasive, 'hottie'." She laughed softly

Cole chuckled lightly and said "I'm no hottie. Come on, let's just sit back down."

Angelique nodded slightly as she started walking. "Oh, and, in my opinion, you are pretty hot."
