OK, so here is what I got...
There are two groups of superheroes/supervillains; people with powers, and people without powers
In the year 2035, President William Walsh barricades the world into to parts; one side is for the Superheroes/villains with powers, and the other is for the ones without powers. Before the barricades were put up, there was a group of people who dedicated their abilities to using their powers to get rid of the crime in New York. The team consisted of people with and without powers. Now that the walls are up and the people are split, they have no way to contact them. The team decides to try and meet halfway. Upon doing so, the people soon begin to question why the walls were set up in the first place, and try to get questions themselves... or die trying.
