Kaori walked up stood back near the trees and watched others walk up to the hotel. She felt uneasy about approaching the building, even though it was cold outside. Kaori leaned against the trunk of a tree and sighed, watching smoke coming out of her mouth. "So this is the place." she muttered, as her eyes closed and she took a deep breath as sleepiness took over her. That didn't last for long, because something cold jolted her awake. A bird had landed on a branch above her and a bit of snow fell off the branch. Kaori shivered and took a step toward the hotel, but debated on weither or not she should go inside. -
Shakall eventually reached the ends of the marshlands, almost his entire body soaked in marshwater. "Filthy... I suppose it will not matter in the end, though. I will wash this gunk off when I find a nice cool spring to bathe in..." But it didnt take long before the sun began to set, and Shakall knew he best set up camp. It didnt take him often to set up a campfire, and he had already packed a sleeping bag for the trip. It was waterlogged, but it worked. "this shall do fine..." Said shakall, sitting down on his bed snd looking at the stars.

"We have meaning," Leviathan purred to his lover, his eyes glinting. "We're stronger than humans.. They might be God's creations, yes, but God has never shown his face. My father has. We know of his existence and we are powerful under him. Good doesn't always prevail. Pity they won't give up, fighting them can be such a hassle." The demon growled back at the other, instantly becoming pleased. The smaller knew how to get his mind off of the small things. With Behemoth by his side, he felt like he'd always stay on track and happy. He allowed himself to be lead to their room, nodding his head to some of the other demons they passed. Leviathan hadn't ever thought of anyone in his army as anything other than a demon, but for those who had joined them since they were the stronger force, he often called them a part of the "Dark Army." He recalled one demon saying it was cheesy, though he liked it. It was short. Simple. Easy to remember.
Aiko looked around the large building now, pleased that they weren't out in the chilly winter air. From a glance at the map, there were many lounging areas, and a lot of people to cover. He realized that it would be hard to recruit people to join him and his sister. After all, as much as he was sure there were rebels, many people were neutral or on Leviathan's side. To go up and openly ask any of the guests would be possible suicide. He sighed as April found a couch to sit on instead of going up to their room. -
"..God has to exist, in some way. Your father seems to grow..distant when the topic is discussed. He knows something that we don't." Behemoth trailed off, eyeing the demons the past through the hallways. Sometimes he wanted to bite into some of them, not just from his hunger, but to prove that he could be dangerous, too. He felt like people didn't see him as great as they used to, and it lit a fire in his belly. But he knew they needed every demon they could muster to achieve their goals. "Even if the rebels are a nuisance, I will fight beside you to ensure your desires are fulfilled. I want my Lev, son of Hell, to be happy." He gave the other a sharp-toothed grin as they finally settled into their room.
The fairy puffed his cheeks a bit when he noticed he wasn't the only one checking in during the winter. Some people intended to stay through most of the winter, some only through the night, and some only just to rest before going back out again. Those poor people were likely to fall ill with their constant moving. But once Nahele got his room key, he didn't want to head there quite yet. Instead he took out a small harp, passed through generations of his kind, and lightly plucked at the notes until he had a tune going. He wanted to put everyone around him at ease before anything else. -
Elliot felt her shoulders slump as she recieved her key. It would be lonely without her sister, whom she'd left behind, but Elliot was more than ready to rest. A beautiful tune fiilled her head, making her feel calm and happy. It'd been so long since she got to listen to music, the last time was when she was a child, about 8, and her mother sang her to sleep with a lullaby.

(Sorry about the late response. My computer was taken away ;-;)
Kaori finally decided to go inside the building, but she was hesitant. Something felt odd about this place, but then again what wasn't odd anymore. Kaori took a step forward and felt the wind blow through her hair. Finally, after what seemed like an hour she made it to the front door of the hotel. Kaori shivered and stretched out a hand to open it. As her hand touched the knob, the door flew open. "Well, that was nice." she said, a hint of sarcasm in her tone as she stepped inside and admired the walls. -
(Just one question is this in modern times?)
Maverick got out of his chair and picked up all of the furs and put in his truck and drove off. As he was driving by he noticed a strange building and stopped his truck. Maverick walked over to the building. Hesitant he opened the door and wind gushed over him. Suprised he walked inside. -

"Ahh, yes. He does. But, I think we're better off not knowing." Leviathan ruffled Behemoth's soft hair, smiling at him. "Father knows best, after all. We only need to follow his orders." He didn't notice the look in his lover's eyes. No, he did, but he liked it. Behemoth's look at the others made him happy to know that his lover was determined to state his dominance proudly. He loved knowing that his boyfriend wasn't scared of anyone. "You are the one who makes me happy, Behemoth. Hearing that you will fight with me makes me the happiest demon on the planet." The raven haired demon opened the door, smiling.
April's eyes started to glisten when she heard music go through the room they were in. Curious, the small girl stood and started to walk towards the source. Aiko looked up at April, frowning. He wasn't interested in the noise, but he had to watch his little sister. He followed her to find a man playing a harp. -
"I suppose. We've come a long way since the day you plucked from that tree. Following him and you will lead us all to victory." The smaller could tell his lover was pleased with him and gave a playful smile. He knew how much Leviathan enjoyed it when he was dominate, but at that same time, Behemoth found it difficult to be that way with his lover. He wouldn't say he was afraid of the other but more so had a great amount of respect for him and his father. They ruled over everything. "I will make sure to keep making you happy then. Not only will we fight together, but I won't let you die without me either.. Know that."
Nahele became enchanted by his own harp, but for a reason far different from his audience. For him, the best part of an instrument wasn't the sound it made, but the way the it was played. His finger tips swiftly and lightly plucked at each well-memorized note. A small smile edged onto his lips as he came to the end of the first tune he'd learned as a child, exhaling deeply while listening to the last note fade out. Although, when he took notice of his audience, Nahele became rather flustered and red in the face. He didn't know why he'd expected anyone to not notice him, but he'd hoped as much. "S-Sorry.." He murmured softly to those around him before trying to make his way to his assigned room. At least they would all sleep easy.. -
