Species Description: a lich is the departed but trapped soul of a sorcerer in a dead body
Age: 27 after death
Appearance: a long sword on the back of a black traveling cloak, it is half normal, half serrated and keeps in it the angered souls of those it has slain. He has black hair and tanned skin as his body did not decay.black boots and gloves, silver eyes
Magical Abilities: greatest necromancer ever, can stop time, can read minds, inflict pain without touching anyone.

(I suggest you make the abilities less.. Overpowering. They should have a limit, which you obviously didn't add for some reason. Also, you're really vague with the abilities. You don't explain exactly how they use it.)

Kaori had been wandering around for what seemed like days. After her 'link' had died, she had been distraught and overcome with mental and physical limitations that she couldn't fathom. Here it was four days later and she was feeling a little better, but she felt something changing inside of her. Something was stirring within her soul that she didn't understand. Kaori looked around and then paused for a moment. She wanted to get some sleep, but none came for her. Kaori's gut instinct said to keep moving. It was like her mind was trying to tell her, something was coming or about to happen.

Um, soooo... This guy is basically unbeatable? Dude, if he can stop time and stand still and still kill people, how the f--- is anyone going to beat him? The point of a villian is 99% usually to be overthrown once the main hero(s) become strong enough. But tough s--- for them i guess because no amount of strength can beat this OP bulls---. Reading minds is okay, since that doesnt make him f---ing god-like, but the rest is ridiculous. Please edit this up.

Name: Shakall (Pronounced Shackle)
Gender: Male
Species Name: Anubi (Are also called Death walkers and Deaths Third eye)
Species Description: Anubi are called Death walkers by some due to their history with the Egyptian God, Anubis, who was often seen as a god of death. Their more common nickname though, Death's third eye, is spawned from their strange ability to foresee how someone will die in the future. Unless the Anubi is playing a trick on the human, these visions have never once been proven wrong. It is tradition for Anubi to wear a skull of their mother or father (depending on whoever they choose) once they are both dead as a mask, as to 'carry on their souls' as they put it. Most Anubi follow a religious path, and one of their most well known religious laws is "Eye for an eye". The Anubi religion is practiced by none other than the Anubi due to belief that worship can only be done by those that are able to foresee their own death. Anubi pelts can be sold at extremely high price at black markets due to their ability to make working dream catchers and extremely comfortable blankets/rugs. Anubi are almost extinct nowadays due to this since the war against poachers killing for pelts. Most Anubi hold grudges against humans and are good friends with forest-related beings. Alpha Anubi are made blind as to heighten their other senses in the real world and spirit world. After 100 years of being blind, their eyes glow blue and are able to see again with the vision of a Golden eagle when pushed. Anubi usually sleep on the most uncomfortable thing in the area when about to sleep.

Appearance: The only weapon Shakall uses is his Scepter. The end with the bent gold thing is actually the side where he can create an Axe with dark magic. This Axe can not ONLY hack and slash, but shoot beams of lasers for a short amount of time (with a 30 second cooldown), Transform into a small Scythe, and makes a good grappling hook. The white band wrapped around Shakall's Scepter is a memento of his mother from when she died in the poacher wars.
Magical Abilities: Shakall can use dark magic for a small variety of things. He can shoot laser beams from his hand which stings like a corrosive acid, read minds for brief moments, but usually not long enough to get something super important. Instead, he usually communicates with spirits to spy on the enemy. The only thing other than that is his ability to see through walls. (As you may tell, a lot of his powers have to do something with vision, which he does best except with the one about reading minds.)
Anything Else: Shakall seeks a pact with the demon child in a thirst for bloodlust as to get revenge on humans for the slaughter they brought to his people. Most Anubi are more peace-ridden, but Shakall is much more of a war type of guy. His favorite food is squid and least favorite is crab. He likes to observe other people in his downtime and is anti-alcohol. -

(It's not that time stopping is bad, it's that your mix of powers is pretty strong. I mean, I made Leviathan the first son of the Devil and his powers are pretty limited. You'd think the son of Satan would be OP as balls but I made sure to make it powerful yet limited. Perhaps he can stop time, but he can't harm anyone. Or it has a time span of thirty seconds. And as for inflicting pain without touching someone, telekinesis is a proper term. Perhaps he can only use that power for so long before it wears him out. Weaknesses to powerful things are a good way to steer clear of Mary Sues and Gary Stus.)
