Axel pulled a small book from his back pocket and began browsing through It, reading along important lines. Still not looking to where he was walking however as he bumped into a man coming from the opposite direction to which Adel was headed. Axel dropped the book from his grip and stumbled back a few steps after the small collision.

Catalys heard something behind her and was going to ignore it but then she heard her brother, "You know you should really watch where you're going, kid. What if it wasn't someone as nice as me you ran into." Adam said loudly, Catalys looked behind her to see her brother staring at Axel. Adam shoved him and Catalys flinched away.

Axel tripped and fell down on his back after getting shoved back by Adam. He looked up to Adam for a moment before lowering his head and nodding his head a bit. His hand reached to the side and he grabbed the book he had putting it back into his pocket. "S-sorry, sir." he said quietly to him. He took in a deep breath as he glanced out of his eyes corner up to him waiting. -
"Are you now? You don't sound sorry." Adam said getting louder, he grabbed the boy by the collar and pulled him, "I just... Don't think you mean it." Adam said smile clear in his voice Adam raised a hand and punched Axel. Catalys stood in shock, she may have heard of her brother doing this to people but she'd never actually seen it.

Axel groaned in pain after he was punched, raising a hand and rubbing where he was hit a bit. His eyes stared at Adam as he breathed. He knew he should have just got up and ran before this, do what he would try to normally do but he did not. If he was a bit further away he would try to retaliate, but he wasn't one to keep in a confrontation. Axel slowly nodded his head, "Yes, I a-am." he said.

Adam let go of the guys shirt with a ,'tsk' and started to walk away, his friends and members of the gang followed after. People from the gang were looking out the gate at them obviously drawn by Adams loudness. Catalys jogged over to him and knelt down beside him, "Are you okay? That looked like it hurt." She said quietly so only he would of heard it, she placed one of her hands on each side of his face and rubbed where Adam hit him with her thumb lightly. She knew that even her brother had probably stopped and watched what was going on but she didn't care, she hesitated only for a few seconds then leaned forward and placed her forehead on his lightly, "You are okay right?"

Axel shook bit as she rubbed where he was hit as it stung a bit. He looked up to who it was there at him as he opened his eyes more to see for sure. After a moment, he slightly nodded his head. "Y-yeah. I'm okay." he replied quietly as he looked down to the ground and took a deep breath again. He was used to getting hit now and again so hw grew accustomed to it after a while, but Adam's punch was harder than most that had hit him before. He knew he would be okay, for now anyway.

"Are you sure? What if it leaves a bruise, that wont be good." Catalys said and lightly drew her finger over it, "Does it sting? Oh well that was a stupid question it probably does. I'm sorry." She said looking him in the eyes.

Axel smiled a bit but then went back to how he was, and clenched his teeth a bit as she drew her finger over it. "Yeah, i-it does. It's o-okay though." he said as he stared in her eyes.

Catalys could feel everyone staring at them but she ignored them, "Are you sure?" She asked as she removed her finger, she bit her lip trying to think. An idea popped into her head and she didn't even think before she leaned over and kissed where he'd been hit, it was light and brief. She pulled back and smiled lightly.

Axel's eyes widened a bit as he just looked out in front of him and then blinked a bit. "I th-think so, Anyway. It sh-should be okay." replied him quietly stuttering still. He lowered his head to the ground again taking another breath in as he sat there, near still.

Catalys looked at him with a slight smile then disappointment filled her when he lowered his head. She tilted her head not quite understanding it, she lowed herself some more and placed two fingers under his chin, "You seem upset though..." She mumbled quietly and kissed him gently.

Axel blinked as his eyes looked around, but confused. He didn't say anything, and just stared at her confused as he turned a bit, leaning up a bit. His face still stung a bit, but not much. "W-what?" he asked silently.

Catalys blushed lightly and looked down, "See now you don't look so sad and upset..." She said with a nervous chuckle.

Axel stared at her with a slight smile as he chuckled a bit. "Yeah. Why are you l-looking down?" he asked, tilting his head a bit to the side.
